Rented a small mini suite on the dock also had its own deck area outside to the port. The rooms were okay nothing fancy and the beds were also not the greatest but considering it's a motel and not a hotel it wasn't that bad . Had some issues with the air conditioning and they fixed it. The whole area...

We checked into this motel much later than anticipated due to missing the last Wolfe Island ferry. It was one of those dark, and visually challenging rainy nights and we we were already agitated about the longer drive, awful weather and impatient kids. I pulled into a asphalt patch right off the road, was unsure where to park since I...

The motel is old and outdated. They do a good job keeping it clean and neat, but the bedspreads and dark wood panelled walls are depressing. The carpet throughout is awful...keep your shoes on! The staff is friendly, an elderly couple, Larry and Ellen the owners. However, it is a small town motel...very casual and trusting. Door locks are a...

Let me start out by saying the property is for sale and the bed & breakfast has been closed until further notice. The owners were not seen at all during our stay, when we arrived there was a legal sheet with names and numbers-indicating what key to grab/room number. This was frustrating because we had NO idea when checkout was....

This is a perfect little place if you're coming across on the ferry from Wolfe Island at the end of the day. It has two different buildings: the slightly fancier B'n'B which is a little closer to the water, and the motel, which is close enough. We stayed in the motel. It's clean and has what you need for a...

We were concerned, when first arriving, due to a large "For Sale" sign on the property. We tried ringing the door bell for the motel, but no one answered. We thought maybe it was closed. We headed back in to town, and found the local liquor store. The owner was VERY helpful (stop there if you're in town!) and called...

Beautiful well kept grounds. Great view of the water (waterfront) Dock is in disrepair and falling into the water. Check in is unusual. Innkeeper (owner) she watches like a hawk, and offers you very little privacy. Nothing inside the motel has been updated since 1971. They do have a housekeeping staff of one that changes the linens. Bottom line, if...

We were looking for convenient motel that was in walking distance to restaurant/stores/church and found it all in Buccaneer... Ellen & Larry the owners, couldn't be friendlier and were very welcoming. Great little diner a block away for breakfast and grocery store, as well as church. Thousand Islands Winery was close, as was Clayton, NY and Alexandria Bay. Couldn't have...

When we arrived, there was only an intercom to contact the innkeeper if needed. She left a registration card, we filled it out and went to out room with the key she left, as we arrived after 10pm. This motel is still back in the 70's with the gold carpet, paneling on walls, very poor mattress, mold in shower. I...

We were looking for a place to stay while visiting family near Cape Vincent. The motel was just what we were looking for. It is located on a quiet street and has a view of the Saint Lawrence River. It's a nice looking small motel located next store to the Buccaneer Bed and Breakfast. The motel section is not the...
