We needed a cheap place to crash for a few hours before hopping on a train. The location was both close to Depew Station (5 min drive) as well as to airport, however the sign is a little hard to see from the road at night as its behind a tree. We checked in around midnight and left around 4 so can't comment much on the free breakfast as we missed it. The checkin process was quick, man at the front desk was pleasant, room was very large, had two beds and a pull out sofa, bathroom was adequate (though we couldn't get the light to turn off). Beds were comfortable.
Something to note: When booking the room online, they do have a price match guarantee, but will not match to their own sister site which I found odd
Once AGAIN, we were disappointed with this hotel. Started off with the WiFi not working the entire time we were there. Went on to A/C not working properly, faucet in sink needed repair, no hairdryer (until we had housekeeping bring us one), and just overall "dowdiness" looking. They have done some renovations since our last stay, and the pool was actually open, but the wallpaper in our room was peeling off and the room just made me feel uncomfortable. Told my husband "I do not want to ever stay there again". All this being said, we were offered a discount on our stay after complaining to the manager.
It started right away when checking in. Lady was unable to add my points card, seemed spaced out, and finally I told her just to give me my room keys. Problems with room: bathroom was dirty. Bugs. Could not completely turn off faucet in tub. Shower curtain rod barely hanging on, rotated down, and shower curtain went into the middle, allowing water to escape onto the floor. It showed as the floor was clearly water stained. Sink was cracked. Toilet seat was loose and shifted when using it. Awful room. Oh ya, when first going into the room, there was loud music coming from the other room. Went to front desk and asked if there was anyone staying in it. Nope. You would think that the attendant would offer to go turn the alarm off. Nope. I had to firmly ask her to go turn it off. The next day told the cleaning lady about all the room's problems and even showed her. She assured me that the problems would be fixed. Left for the day and returned. NOTHING WAS FIXED. Told the front desk. Next day checked out and there was nothing noted in their system to fix the room's problems. Got home and noticed two days later that the hotel charged me for the room, despite that I had used some of my travel credit card's points to completely pay for the room. Phoned the hotel back and they gave me the run around. Now dealing with my credit card company. This hotel is a dump. The staff are incompetent and dishonest. The entire hotel should be shut down and renovated. The staff and management need to be replaced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Our experience did not measure up to what we expect from the Comfort Suites brand. The clean and airy lobby contrasted starkly with the many stained carpets and upholstery in the halls and in our room. The carpet in our room was filthy around the baseboards (consider using a crevice tool). The shower had been cleaned but still had hair from previous occupants up at eye level around the surround. The toilet had an unfortunate amount of residue from previous occupants between the lid and the tank. To me, this reflects inadequate training and a do-as-little-as-possible attitude. In the morning, the breakfast staff were restocking forks that did not need restocking while the scrambled egg entree warmer was empty -- at seven o'clock. We were told that replacement eggs were "in the oven" but no eggs had appeared by 7:30. The hotel certainly knew how many guests it would have -- including a tour group -- the night before, but seemed ill-prepared for the morning breakfast service. On the plus side, the room was of generous size, and the location is very close to the airport. Overall, though, our experience was grim and will not be repeated.
the hotel is located at a nice locality with all minimum required facilities, the staffs of the hotel are nice and cordial.extra care has been provided for pick up from the airport. this hotel is safe and nice and is recommended for people searching at a medium budget.

They do offer long term parking for customers taking flights from Buffalo Airport, but honestly we were there for a funeral, so I didn't really pay attention to rates. You could probably call or check their website.
