We rented the 3 bedroom cottage sight unseen, just based on reviews. Very clean and reasonably priced and right on the riverfront is what my little group of college reunion gals were looking for. It was a bit of a gamble, but it really paid off! We stayed 3 nights and we were able to leisurely eat our breakfast, enjoy...

It was nice to open the door and not have that typical old carpet smell that usually greets you in a Motel. The place was simple and clean, and the owner, Allen was very friendly and informative. My husband and I rented a fishing boat from him for 2 days and had a blast. We will definitely stay again!

It is a small, quaint place. There are about 6 rooms. If you're looking for a very clean place to lay your head, this is the place. It's not fancy but lots of us don't need fancy. There is a pool and the staff is friendly. It's convenient to Clayton, Alexandria Bay or Wellesley Island. I would highly recommend staying...

Wonderful location near Clayton. Loved the river view. The cottage was a bit dated, but had everything we needed for the week. Watching the fireworks across the river was a great perc. Everything was clean, the cottage and the grounds. Everyone was very friendly.

In this area the majority of the lodging is in motel form ala 1960's. That being said I would rate this property as one the tops in the region. Room was very clean, reception very pleasant. Walls are very thin but that is to be expected in the older motels that are found in this area. I will stay again...

We stayed a 1 bedroom cottage. The bed is a double so we brought an air bed with us. The cottage is clean but out dated. The bathroom window was rotting and held open with a board. The screened in front porch seemed to have some soft spots under the carpeting. The apartment sized refrigerator that is advertised is actually...

We stayed at the motel for two nights this past August with our 2 children. The room was clean but very outdated. It's a throwback to the 70s. The old wooden windows were difficult to open and close. The beds were springy and not all that comfortable. My kids were disappointed in the game room (which doubles for the motel...

My fishing partner and I stayed at Mil's motel on September 6th thru the 8th 2012. We arrived early and were greated by Alan the owner. The first thing we noticed is how well the appearance of the facility was, neat and clean. We then went to our motel room and We could tell that Alan and Lesley cared about...

My husband and I sure lucked out when a cancellation came up for the 4th of July week on one of the upper cottages. Although this is not a fancy place, it had everything we needed for a week of fishing in the Thousand Islands region. You need to bring your own towels, but bedding and kitchen utensils are provided....
