Hotel's Favourite
I would have given 5 except for the price. For one night we paid $440.00, somewhat more than what we usually pay. I understand that the town is busy due to events at Saratoga, but I didn’t know that at the time. We were just in town for one night to pick up our granddaughter. The other hotels had no availability that night. I guess we could have stayed in another town but Clifton Park is very close to where we needed to be. All that said, it was clean, comfortable and quiet, everything you could want, except that breakfast was not included in the $440.00 which was surprising. I’ve covered all the negatives. The positive is, this is a rather luxurious hotel, clean, with professional, friendly staff.

This hotel is a nice, clean and friendly place to stay. It has a good restaurant with friendly service too. I appreciated the seals on the room doors to indicate the room had been sanitized. I felt completely comfortable staying there during a pandemic.

We booked this stay will traveling south from Maine. We used the Hilton Honors App and reserved a King Room, and selected the room rate that included a full breakfast in the hotel restaurant. When we arrived we were given a room with two Queen Beds, and were informed that the restaurant was closed due to Covid. The rest of the world has moved on from Covid, only in New York do they seem to want to continue to use it as an excuse. Yo don't want to seat people in the restaurant? Okay, offer the meals as Room Service. The Hotel is located in a Mall, albeit a very nice mall, but a mall none the less. Beyond these minor issues, the Hotel was as good as any Hilton Chain should be. The room rate was very reasonable for the area, the accommodation clean and comfortable, and the hotel generally quiet allowing for a good nights sleep.

Room not cleaned. If you happen to notice a small label on the bottom corner of the bathroom mirror you are informed that cleaning will occur only if you request it. Evidently Hilton thinks most of its customers prefer to live in filth during their stay. Makes more sense to me that cleaning would be performed daily unless one requests that it not be done.
Also, $269 per night and Hilton can’t afford to include a couple of eggs and a piece of toast with the room? Cheap and greedy. I won’t be back.

Stayed with family, and from checking in until checking out the experience was a 10 of 10. The hotel and its public spaces were very cleaned. I saw staff using lysol wipes after something was touched like the elevator, the desk etc. Great location right off 87 with many options to dine and shop. You dont have to go far! You can see the manager truly cares about their guest and employee safety while this Corona virus is still going on. I felt VERY VERY safe staying here. I will be back. Also, the rin room coffee was delicious!

My wife and I stayed recently as we were in town for a concert at SPAC. This is a well managed, clean, comfortable Hilton property. The location is interesting, as it's attached to a shopping complex and movie theater (our view was of the expansive roof). But...the staff members we encountered were friendly and efficient, the room was nice/comfortable clean bedding and bathroom, and the AC worked wonderfully. Hotel pricing in this area (Clifton Park) can be competitive and it pays to shop around. We've stayed at other hotels in this area and have found them all to be of similar quality (ie, a good place to spend the night).

What a great hotel. My wife and I have been coming to Saratoga for the past 45 years. The cost of hotels in Saratoga are 3 to 4 times more than the Hilton Garden Inn in Clifton Park. This hotel is as good as and even better than the hotels in Saratoga. The employees are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The cooked to order breakfast is delicious. This is where we will be spending our 2 week vacation from now on.

+1
We had our daughters Sweet 16 celebration at the Hilton Garden Inn Clifton Park. Our friends and family are still talking about it! Everything was perfect thanks to Carol and her team. She made sure our vision and expectations came to life. Carol answered all of our questions and came through with all of our requests. Our out-of-town guests were happy they were staying at the same place as the venue and told us their rooms were clean and spaciousness. The food at the event was very good and reasonably priced. An additional shout-out to Jasmin, she was a server there that night & was also present during breakfast the next day. Thank you for being so kind to us and our guests. Our overall experience was a great one and my family and I would highly recommend this Hilton location for your event needs.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a good alternative to the overpriced hotels in Saratoga for the racing season (the track is the best in the world). The staff was great and it is a 10-15 minute drive to the track. The area has plenty of food choices as well. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff do a wonderful job and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel was welcoming and the restaurant provided made to order breakfast! The hot tub and pool were working but needed to be cleaned and shocked as they were cloudy and kind of gross. However the rest of our trip was highly enjoyable.
