We stayed here on Thanksgiving night on our way in between places and selected this hotel so that we could have our takeout dinner safely and comfortably in our room. The kitchenette is a great size, which a nice sized fridge, a little stove top, dishwasher, sink, plenty of plates and glasses/etc., and a nice countertop for eating facing the TV/living area. We comfortably watched a movie in the evening on the cozy sofa. Everything extremely clean and comfy.
The staff was terrific. The girls working the front desk on the holiday were as friendly as could be. Even the man in the morning cleaning the lobby had a smile and a hello.
Very stupidly I had left my wedding ring on the granite countertop in the dressing area (it blended right in). I realized about an hour after checkout and called to see if the room had been cleaned. Allison in housekeeping had found my ring and given it to the front desk. I've been married 20 years and have a 125 year old vintage ring and would have been crushed to lose it. I offered a tip for its return but was refused. I will be forever grateful to the staff at the hotel for getting it back to me!
When we return to the area over the winter this will be our first choice hotel. It's conveniently off the highway - close to Albany and also Saratoga Springs and you could make a day trip to Lake George or the Berkshires from here.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 nights for business and I can only recommend. The room is really well organized: a large desk, large bed, many plugs well located, nice lamps, kitchen is super clean and well furnished (fridge is bigger than the one i have at home), including coffee maker, and dishwasher. The room is cosy and the bed comfortable, I particularly liked the "dressing" area with many spaces to tidy clothes. Gym is of decent size, quite well equipped and opened 24h. Swimming pool and whirlpool bath are super nice, nice temperature. Breakfast is good, I would just add some more fresh fruits (at the moment only apples and couple of bananas) and remove all of this plastic!! Everything is wrapped in plastic and non reusable cups and plates... Service is great, everyone was super kind. Also downside is the duration to get dry cleaning / laundry: the laundry sheet says same day delivery back, but it takes approximately 2 days (but worst case there are washing machines).

We are local and power was out for 3 days. Room was immaculate. Staff friendly. Covid precautions were in place. (Masks, sanitizer, et al.) , We felt like we were traveling, but in our own backyard. Breakfast was a unique attempt to be "normal" in an abnormal situation. You had to stand in line to order your meal (eggs, oatmeal, cereal, muffin, etc.) and then wait while they prepared it. One at a time. Inefficient, but a nice attempt to prepare a nice meal under the circumstances. I would have my guests stay here in the future.

Spending 200+ nights a year in a hotel the little details always catch my eye. This hotel was immaculate and the little details that the staff did made my stay more enjoyable. You can tell that the staff takes pride at this property even folding towels, and cool little fancy ways show that these people, do it right

We just spent one night at this Residence Inn while passing through the area on our way back from Vermont. Our stay was great from start to end.
Overall, this by far was one of the cleanest Residence Inns we have ever stayed at. There were no funky smells or odors in any part of this property including the room.
When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was super super friendly. She handed us the keys to our king studio up on the 4th floor. (Room 407) The room overall was extremely spacious and clean. The bed was also comfortable. I got a good night’s sleep.
We would definitely stay here again. This hotel is equally as nice as the Courtyard down the street, however what made this property stand out even more was the fact that all the rooms here have full kitchens.

This is my first review but I felt it necessary to do so! I have to stay all over upstate NY for work, and there aren’t many great hotels that I’ve come across. However, this hotel was amazing! It was so clean and spacious. I am a bit crazy about cleanliness of hotels because of how many bad experiences I’ve had, and I’m telling you this was CLEAN. They even provided sanitary wipes to wipe down the remotes and countertops. The bed was also super comfortable which was a nice change from what I’m used to! I will definitely be staying here again.

What you would expect from a Residence Inn. Clean, functional rooms. Friendly and helpful staff (especially at breakfast). Better than average breakfast with lots of options, plentiful seating. The major issue is noise - either from barking dogs in the many rooms that seem to have pets, or from the Northway, which is a mere stone's throw from the back of the building. The road noise was magnified in the rain. My advice - make sure your rooms are in the front of the building and no where near any pets. The signage on Route 9 is inadequate - especially at night. Easy to miss.

This particular location has creepy workers. I stayed here with my boyfriend and my two year old daughter. I went to the front desk around 11 for snacks and the worker offered me drugs, begged me to come back to the front desk to see him, and followed me to the elevator. I was alone and as I am a smaller woman I felt uncomfortable to say leave me alone as people can be unpredictable. I decided to tell the general manager about this incident, and instead of firing the employee or doing the moral thing, they said I am not allowed back. This is the exact reason women are scared to come forward when made to feel uncomfortable by a man, they protect the predator.

Dear Guest, We have found out that you are well known in multiple neighboring properties and are not welcomed there. If someone is “uncomfortable” , why would they try to extend their stay? Why would they demand a free night, and blackmail business with “bad reviews” if they were scared? Why would they then decline an offer to call the police? While we are taking the safety of our guests very seriously, our staff at times needs to be protected from harassment just as well. This seems to be the case. For safety of guest and staff these individuals are no longer welcome at our facility. GM

This is our third trip this summer and we have seen it all. A lot of properties and restaurants are short staffed and struggling to find help. Long waits and poor service are the hallmark of 2021. This place was just the opposite. Our room was ready on time and clean. The amenities were to our liking. The room and bathroom were huge. The bed was very nice. Lots of space to work and recharge all your devices. I used the pool and the hot-tub, both were in great shape. Plenty of parking outside. The lobby was very clean as was the breakfast place. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. What's not to like?

I’ve stayed here a few times and they always do a fantastic job! Clean huge room with everything I needed to be comfortable. Upon late check out, the GM was at the desk and I stated how great the hotel functions every time I come. Thank you for making me comfortable! I’ll be back soon I’m sure!
