Hotel was very modern and up to date, rooms were overall in very good condition for fabrics, lamps, table tops, kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware. Full fridge and freezer. Room was near the ice machine. Beautiful interior design. Mattress was good comfort as was the bedding. Walls were fairly thick so minimal noise from other rooms. Breakfast came with fresh fruit salad, fresh made oatmeal with almonds and cranberries, scrambled eggs, bacon was delicious! Overall a restful pleasant experience compared to all the other hotels in Clifton Park. A 10 rating.

Traveling during these pandemic times is carefully considered. I called ahead and asked for a ground floor and was cheerfully accommodated. I was able to check in the day before using the wonderful Hilton app, used my smart phone for keyless entry and briefly stopped at the friendly front desk. The hotel and room were immaculate and had some nice touches including a wonderful Lux light that I fell in love with. The complimentary breakfast was prepackaged to bring back to the room and there were gloves next to the coffee urn to be used when pouring a cup. I felt totally comfortable and safe. Bravo, great job Homewood Suites.

These accommodations were close to a variety of shops and restaurants, the staff was super friendly and accommodating and the suites were spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 children. Daily breakfast and social hour (essentially dinner with beer/wine) Monday-Thursday is complimentary. By far the best value for your money!

I will start by thanking Jacob the manager for his attentiveness and professionalism, because prior to booking I called to ask questions and over the phone (without knowing he was the manager) he was exceptional and extremely helpful that i booked immediately with him.
We were celebrating my husbands birthday and the good reviews stood out for this hotel.
The hotel is so quiet and clean that we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves, the bbq area is so chill that we grilled 2 days in a row.
The pool area has everything you need to spend the afternoon relaxing in the water.
And our room OMG! extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. We slept like babies, there was no noise around at all.
The front desk lady named April was a charm, so nice and devoted to service, she also helped in the evening social which by the way is delicious and at check out wished us to see us again soon.
Overall if you need to decompress from ny like us and want to have a wonderful time with the family in a nice, clean and friendly hotel this location will be your best friend.
It has a lot of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the town is mellow, we will def go back.

A beacon of excellence! Few hotels offer the perfect balance of heart and hospitality, yet the Homewood Suites Clifton Park does so in spades. I was in the area on business over the holiday season, and greatly enjoyed my 12 night stay. The rooms are above and beyond, the staff radiates kindness and professionalism, and the culinary talents of the dining/social hours team rival Food Network. My call outs and thanks to the superlative staff, Abby, Carlos, Gina, Sue, Deborah, April, Melissa, Jacob, and Jason, and all who make this Homewood the treasure it is. There is no finer Hilton property in Capital Region; be it leisure, business or family, I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

There is only one dinner social last year there were 3. Housekeeping is offered every 2 days and you’re expected to reuse towels for $250-$300 a night. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds upon arrival. The water pressure is non existent. When you finish your shower your left feeling slimy/unable to rinse. The tub became to slick you have to stand on a towel to prevent a traumatic fall. I couldn’t wait to get home to take a proper shower. I will say to staff was nice and professional.

I’ve stayed at the Homewood Suites Clifton Park at least a dozen times over the last few months and each stay has been wonderful. From the front desk, kitchen staff, maintenance crew & housekeeping staff, they’re all very pleasant & accommodating. The location is awesome. Everything a person needs is within walking distance, a shopping center, grocery store, restaurants, etc. A hot breakfast is provided, even during the pandemic (safely prepared, of course). Dawn and Precious from housekeeping are awesome! They made me and my granddaughter feel at home each time we stayed. The property also has a nice outside seating area. Love this place, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the upstate NY area!

This property is not just very clean and well appointed but has the best staff - efficient, friendly & kind!! Everyone we met was amazing! We had a one-bedroom suite with 2 beds and it’s very comfortable. It has a full size kitchen and a separate living room with a sofa bed. Breakfast was delicious, hot items, waffle makers, different juices, coffee, tea and many other items on the spread! And what I really like is that they have real plates and cutleries unlike other extended stay properties wherein they use paper products. I strongly recommend this property when in Clifton Park, NY! Location is perfect, right next to the Shopping areas and Dining places!

Great location. Comfy, clean and staff was very helpful. TV didn't work. I called the front desk and someone came to the room within 10 minutes to fix it. After quickly fixing the problem, he noticed I wasn't feeling well and offered to go to the store to get medicine if I wasn't comfortable leaving the room. Although I didn't take him up on the offer, the fact that he took the time to notice I was feeling well and ensure I had what I needed while staying at this location made me feel even comfortable with our decision to stay there!

Our 3 night stay here was more than comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised they offered a cook out social on Wednesday night. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, sausage patties and the best corn on the cob I’ve ever had! It was much appreciated after a long travel day. Breakfast buffet was very good. We had a king room which was very clean and well appointed. Nice to have a full size fridge. Getting towels was just an ask at the front desk as we opted out of housekeeping. The room AC worked great, and water pressure was not an issue. Shower was spacious. Room was very quiet, we never heard any outside or guest noise. The hotel is pet friendly and we did hear a dog bark once or twice at 2am but nothing to complain about. The location can’t be beat. Shopping, movies, grocery and plenty of places to eat. We definitely will return as it’s only a 15 min. drive to Saratoga and 40 min. to Lake George. Thanks for a great stay!
