Our condos and studios are nestled close to all the winter fun with skiing on 27 perfectly groomed skiing and snowboarding slopes with additional trails serviced by eight chairlifts, miles of terrain for cross country skiing and snowshoeing and direct access to the Chautauqua Lake snowmobile trail system. We are in the center of a winter wonderland. Visit our New State of the art Clubhouse featuring Aspire Fitness, a seasonal outdoor infinity salt water pool, a 12 person saltwater hot-tub and a Beer and Wine Bar. Our Deluxe accommodations include studios, one, two and 3 bedroom condos adjacent to Peek'n Peak Ski sloped and located on the fairways of the lower course. Studios include kitchenettes. The room was very nice, very quiet, had a kitchenette and a balcony. The bathroom was spacious with nice toiletries. However bring your own breakfast or plan ahead for your meals. The scenery is nice with a pond and waterfowl.

I stayed here with four girlfriends and would definitely recommend it. We had a 3 bedroom suite that gave us lots of room. A full kitchen and sitting area made it very comfortable. The suite was clean and stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. The Fairway suites is in a beautiful location. The grounds are very picturesque. The pool area was beautiful and the patio was very comfortable too . The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We took the short walk from the Fairway suites to peek n peak for dinner both nights that we stayed there. It is not long but it is through an overgrown golf course with no directions, but we met another walker who pointed us in the right direction. Maybe a dedicated trail with some lighting might be an idea? All in all it was a great girls getaway and I would recommend the Fairway suites to all my friends who were looking to stay in this area…

The rooms are very nice with a back porch. It was clean other than an old crusty washcloth left hanging on the shower. The breakfast which is advertised as being available on the website does not exist due to “the website not being updated and COVID”. COVID has been happening for over a year. Promising a breakfast that isn’t provided is really frustrating especially when someone is paying $200 a night. I feel the price was too high for a missing breakfast, old washcloth and being in a rural area. Safe and pleasant but step it up and fix your website.

Recently went skiing at Peak n Peak but didn’t want to stay in the “chaos”. Fairway Suites is walking distance to the slopes and a much better option. Fantastic rooms, very clean, quiet and tranquil. Trisha at the front desk is the absolute best, helpful and such a pleasure to speak with. She recommended the French Creek Tavern for a bite to eat, it’s a little hole in the wall just down the road (which I like) and the food was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

2 BR suite. Great kitchen! Larger than we thought, so we invited friends. Great time! Plenty of sleeping space. Pet friendly. Awesome staff! SOOOO close to the ski resort. Overlooking the golf course!!!

My friend and I were headed up to Findley Lake area to visit some friends and having a relaxing weekend. When we arrived, Tricia could not have been more helpful and welcoming. She immediately told us about the property and all there is to do in the area. Because of the times we live in, it was not very crowded. I had told her how my friend and I just wanted to relax and this place looked perfect. She then told me to wait a few minutes she wanted to check on something. She came back and offered us this beautiful King Suite. The pool area and wine list were perfect. I will always come back here and tell others to sttay at Fairway Suites. You couldn't ask for a cleaner property or more accommodating staff. And it is a short walk away from Peek'n Peak.

My husband and I stayed here for a ski weekend. The room was very nice and clean with a good view of the slopes across the pretty golf course. The hotel was quiet and the one-minute drive to the ski lodge was easy. Continental breakfast was excellent and drinks in front of the fire in the small lobby bar was a nice way to end the day. The staff was the most helpful and kind of anywhere we have stayed. Super helpful and friendly. We’ll be back!

This was our second stay and we have never been treated so well at a hotel! They are very accommodating in many ways! We had to change our reservation and brought our dog. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing! Very much worth the price. My husband loves the workout room and my daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub outside. Nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable! We will always stay here when we visit Peek n’ Peak!

Fairway Suites was perfect for our family ski trip and holiday weekend. First the service was outstanding. We worked with Trisha and she was accommodating to our families needs. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We had a King Suite and it was like being at home! We had a large table that seats 8, a fireplace that could turn on with a switch, bathtub with separate shower, heated floors in the bathroom, pull out couch, and full kitchen with full size refrigerator. We had a great time playing games at the table as a family. The high ceilings make you feel like your not crammed. We had a perfect view of the mountain (Peak n Peek) in which there were fireworks literally directly out our windows. It was amazing. We had a comfortable bed and the kids slept on the pull out with no complaints. They loved the room and were able to play with their cousins who were staying in a different room at the Fairway. We absolutely plan on staying here again and highly recommend this location (which by the way is less than 5 minutes to the slopes!) We forgot a pair of gloves in the room and could make the round trip drive to go back and pick them up quicker than it took to wait in line to buy lift tickets (we know this first hand.) …
