Owner or manager could care less about whats going on in the campground, she is usually found by the campground fire pit drinking wine with underaged teens. Most of the hired help camp in exchange for work around the campground, if there is an issue they show up half drunk. On the other hand the place is beautiful but poorly managed.

Greensburg campsites are centrally located between Corning, NY and Watkins Glen, NY. You can visit the wineries or Corning Glass works. The campsites are spacious and clean. The owner and employees are friendly and helpful making your camping experience enjoyable. They have full hookup sites that are drive through. This is our second time at this campground and will be...

We had a full hookup site at the front of the campground before the bridge, and after we had the opportunity to walk the rest of the campground, we were glad that was the case. At first, we were concerned that we might be hearing lots of road noise due to our proximity to the road. Happily, that was not...

We came to Corning to see the Museum of Glass on our way to Niagara. The campsite was ok for that purpose but I wouldn't have booked it for a holiday destination. There are two parts to it. On the way in is the full hook up area, which is basically just a big grassy field. That's we stayed. It...

Positive: Our campsite was spacious, flat and clean. Nice fire pit. There is a lot for the kids - mini golf, pool, etc - and they had a great time. Staff was super nice. The store was well stocked. The pool area was spotless. The shower stalls looked fairly new, and were clean. Negative: The bathroom by our site was...

We stayed there one night with our 8 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the pool, met some friends, had some S'mores. We went to Corning Glass, and we went to Watkins Glen and did the gorge and the boat ride on the lake. It was a pleasant experience. Arriving during a NASCAR event with no prior planning, we were grateful...

Take this review in context. It was Sunday night of Labor Day weekend. My friend and I called ahead to reserve a spot as the KOA up the road was full. KOA's are usually a safe bet. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. She helped us register upon arrival, setting us up with...

I have no clue where all the negativity comes from others giving this campground a low rating. I've been camping practically my entire 40 something years I've been on this earth. When I was younger, my parents had RV's from campers to motorhomes, I've also tent camped several times and now that I'm an adult and married with children, we...

We stayed here in the fall of 2014 and it was fabulous. Beautiful rustic setting in the mountains of New York. Our spot was large with full hook ups. We made a return trip over memorial day this year. We found out that when the campground is busy the dust can be almost unbearable as there is a constant stream...

I agree with the posted reviews about the cell phone service and spotty WiFi. I was able to get Verizon service by driving out the entrance road almost to the main highway (very inconvenient). When I called to make a reservation, I was told that site 107 was a popular site. And it was a nice site, pull through, level,...

“Front campsites are all full hook-ups the woods are water and electric sites, the wooded, full shade sites are our favorites.”

“Full hookups and open sites are out front. Water/Electric or primitive sites are in the wooded area on the mountain side. If you will be using the bathrooms a bit, plan your site around that. Because the campground is so spread out, some can be a decent hike to the nearest bathroom.”
