I was just looking at my account and noticed that you had responded to my review an entire year later!! That shows the kind of attention to customer service you do not show. I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room we were given, and the hotel in general, but the treatment we were given when trying to leave was horrible. To have to pay for something we didn't even use, and it wasn't as if the hotel was full, there was barely anyone there. Usually when the customer is dissatisfied with REAL reasons the business refunds the money due to their mistake or lack of service. The owner doesn't say "oh sorry you made a reservation so we are keeping your money just because.
