Had a nice meal at the Lodge. Had a hard time deciding what to have. Foof was good and service was friendly. Nice view of the lake and boats. Sat by the windows and got a beautiful breeze on a warm , muggy evening.

We needed a central location in the Adirondacks to meet with about 30 staff people. Travis worked closely with us to set up a room with a great and reasonably priced buffet lunch that was plentiful and fresh. We of course also got to enjoy the great location on Cranberry Lake. From those who stayed in rooms, they too were...

The bed was rock hard. Cleanliness was average. Service was good. The room was decorated a pine lodge look, it was nice. The view of the lake was beautiful, although the leaves were off the tree right in front of our room. Might not be so nice in the summer. Overall, I think for being an older establishment it was...

great meals at the restaurant, supurb chef and waitstaff (David). hotel staff friendly and accomodating; room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed with an outstanding view of the lake. Lodge is located close to excellent kayaking and canoeing. Suggest day trips to outdoor activities between cranberry lake and saranac.

We went to lodge and stayed in the 2 story lakeside room #10 and were very pleased with our accomadations. The only downfall about the room that I can find is the blinds were broken and missing slats so privacy was a little breached. We took care of the situation by going to the dollar store in Tupper lake and purchasing a...

We absolutely loved the Adirondacks and the view of the lake. It was a very peaceful weekend trip. The lodge is rather rustic with wood furniture in the rooms. I do have to say that when we were checking in I found the woman at the front desk to be a bit rude. She was speaking to another woman behind...

My daughter and I stayed here recently for just 1 night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated in an Adirondack theme. The bed was nicely firm. We stayed upstairs in the 2 story/non smoking building. A lakeside room wasn't available so we were on the roadside. With the window open, the road noise in the morning (a weekday)...

I stay at the CL Lodge frequently because it is a great value, very clean, wonderful Adirondack furnishings in the rooms, and friendly helpful staff. The Lodge has free WIFI. Cell phone service is supposed to be available in the area in the fall of 2012. There is no phone service in the rooms which have "natural" air conditioning from...

My husband and I stayed in a lake front room last weekend and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was huge and charming in a rustic way. Even though there was no air conditioning, there was a breeze from the large windows/door overlooking the lake and a ceiling fan, and despite the extremely hot weather sleeping was peaceful....

My last experience at the Lodge was about a year ago, I am for second chances and there is always room for improvement but this experience was yet again sub par to say the least. The food took over an hour and half to even reach us and when it did the food was cold and not our liking. The...
