This is a great getaway B&B. I has a perfect location for access to downtown restaurants and historic sites. We had a very pleasant, relaxed stay.

We were at the Alexander Hamilton house for a quick weekend getaway out of the city. We stayed in the Bridal Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and having the third floor to ourselves. The innkeepers, Barbara and Tom were exceptionally accomodating to our needs being Sabbath observers and dietery restrictions. We would definitely...

My girlfriend came from Florida for Thanksgiving weekend and I decided to do something very special and worth to remember for her. So I found Alexander Hamilton House on Croton-on-Hudson. It is a marvelous place, Victorian style building, beautiful view of the Hudson River, cozy and warm. We stayed at the Rose Room which had access to a bathroom with...

Tucked away on Van Wyk Street, this is a quiet and relaxed B&B. A delightful old house, with all of the old house "warts": creaky doors, uneven floors, radiator heat (which is good and bad, don't expect to micromanage your climate control). Charming is overused, but applies to the house and the staff. Tom, the newest inn-keeper, is a keeper!...

Stayed in the bridal suite and from the moment we got there to the moment we left, the service and attention was excellent. The amenities were wonderful and very cozy. The breakfast was amazing. I look forward to a return trip!

We spent 4 wonderful nights at The Alexander Hamilton House over Halloween weekend. We can't say enough about how great Tom's hospitality was and how welcome he made us feel. He made himself available at all times without being intrusive. He knew the area very well and gave excellent suggestions of things to do as well as accomodating special needs....

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. Tom, the Innkeeper, is a talented host and cook. We stayed in "The Library" and our suite was lovely, clean and well suited for a chilly autumn evening beside the woodburning fireplace. We'll definitely be back!

We checked in late on a Thursday evening, and Tom greeted us in the driveway! We stayed in the Bridal Chamber, which takes up one whole floor of the house. It was cozy and private! Tom served us breakfast in the morning in our room, cinnamon raisin French toast, homemade baked goods, juice and fruit......it was yummy! After we ate...

We could not stay in the main house which was full. So we opted to stay in the "Carriage House" right next door the the main house. We assumed it was the original carriage house - it is not. It is a small suite attached to the home where the innkeeper lives. The only thing separating the suite from the...
