The rooms were huge and so great for a family. The kitchen area was amazing. So was the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable. Highly highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible also. The elevator was a little sketchy but other than that it was perfect.
My wife and I wanted to take a short road trip to see a lighthouse in upstate, NY. We definitely had safety concerns due to COVID-19, but we wanted to get away and we felt that a road trip was the safest way. This hotel was great! The door to our room had the sticker showing that it was cleaned and it definitely was. The room was spotless. We also wanted to have contactless entry so we tried the digital key option which worked perfectly. The staff all wore masks and we felt very safe the whole time that we were there. We're Hilton Honors members and this is the kind of experience that we've come to expect and they didn't disappoint.
This hotel will blow your mind! The staff have to be some of the most respectful, kind, caring individuals I have ever met. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing! They will accommodate anyway they can in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place to anyone wether it be vacation or business you will not be disappointed!
Traveling for business during a pandemic, isn’t ideal but with this staff, the way they made sure everything was cleaned and stayed clean, was the best part of my long 4 month stay. I always felt comfortable knowing they were doing everything in their power to ensure they’re doing their part to mitigate the spread of COVID. The rooms were always in tip top shape by the house keeping staff by making sure they cleaned every nook and cranny as well as making sure every surface that is used frequently was disinfected. They offer essentials that allow you to cook in your rooms when you don’t feel like eating out all the time, as I tend to do in every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff is what made this stay a 10/10 experience for not only myself, but everyone else in our group! From the whole staff! Not just the front desk BUT manager, GM, financial, and house keeping staff were always asking how we were and what they could do to make our stay better. By far the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in all my hotel experiences all over the country. They made sure we had everything we needed, ensured our rooms were in tip top shape from cleaning and making sure we had pots and pans and silverware to making us feel as comfortable as they could being away from home! I can’t think of a single negative thing about the hotel or staff. If you’re staying in Syracuse / Hancock Airport area, this is the hotel to stay at!!! Our heat went out in our house last night. So we had to find somewhere to go for 1 night until it can get checked in the morning. We are a family of 3. So me being a gold member, jump on my hilton app and book us a suite for the night. I get to the hotel and enter with my mask. Very rude the lady yelled from across the room, how may I help you. I said I have a reservation due to a emergency at home for 1 night. Her response " oh we're not taking people from syracuse ill cancel your reservation for you. But I needed the room. She never listened. I have stayed here at least 10 times over the past few years. She never explained why, she didn't recommend another open Hilton. Just bye now. Unacceptable for a gold member during this pandemic going thru a family emergency. I will contact hilton and the GM.…
