We stayed here for a family wedding in nearby Little Falls. This was a lovely home full of period furniture that was original to the house. Every piece of furniture was an antique. Though each bedroom has it's own sink closet, the bathrooms are common. There were two on the second floor. The home exterior needed a little TLC but...

This B&B is not up to its website claims and reviews, and it is clear that the place is in trouble as a for sale sign indicates. Interior charm was offset by lack of housekeeping as dust balls and dirt prevailed throughout. No private bathrooms, just a tiny sink in room. The gourmet 5-course breakfast touted on the website was...

a breathtakingly beautiful 120 year old house, filled to the brim with antiques, books, and beautiful furnishings. Our winter stay was a delight, I can only guess of the beauty of this place in the summer! The hostess was amazing, nothing too much trouble.....and her breakfasts were a thing of wonder. I cannot rate this place highly enough.

Ward's pond is an excellent B&B. The hostess is very accomodating and an excellent cook, and the house is large and comfortable, with many family heirlooms sprinkled throughout. One of our favorite finds in the study was a four volume set of books covering the history of the Mohawk valley up to 1925. One of these included several pages of...

What a lap of luxury - this home is both overwhelming and cozy, filled with hardwood oaks and maples, perennial gardens, and local ambiance. The owners are a cute youngish couple with little children whose feet pittered around in the background, and their mini-daughter - apparently the 6th generation of the family to live there - are hardly noticeable. Breakfast...

My wedding was nearby this Inn and when considering accommodations for myself, family and bridal party, this Inn offered the entire facility to us! Two floors of gorgeous antiques and elegant furnishings! Not only was it well maintained, the rooms were spacious, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were multiple bathrooms which gave us alot of convenience, and one...

Our whole family stayed at Ward's Pond for a weekend this May, a huge family wedding. The reception was actually on the grounds - more than 130 people, with the dinner set up on their lawn tennis court and drinks served down by the pond beforehand. What a show! We're from New Jersey and weren't used to the beauty and...
