Thank you for making our last night on the road so memorable! Melissa was so kind & helpful & our room was exceptional! Love all the mission style accommodations & the whirlpool bathtub! Beef on a weck at the Bar Bill Tavern is the best! Only sorry we didn't have more time so we could enjoy dining on the veranda...

I have just returned from a long weekend at the Roycroft Inn in East Aurora, NY. Walking into the Inn is like stepping back in time as the owners have worked carefully to surround their guests and visitors with the ambience of the Arts and Crafts period as represented by the Roycroft workshops. The guest rooms are are spacious and...

This was my second stay at The Roycroft and it ranks as one of my top favorites. The room was spacious snd comfortable and mattresses are excellent -- best night's sleep I'd had in months. Take some time to read about the Roycroft Arts and Crafts and visit the related shops. We had an excellent dinner with friends on the...

as a hotel is is pretty good... 7/10 the staff is excellent... 9/10 the art/architecture is a 10/10 the property is older and has squeaks and scars to prove it but they can be forgiven as it is a beautiful building. I would recommend it for a mid week get a way... relax and enjoy the history and peacefulness. The...

As others have mentioned, the rooms are large, and very Arts and Crafts style. A historic hotel at a reasonable price and a great jump off point for other Arts and Crafts ventures. We came for a long weekend to play tourist of all things Arts and Crafts, and here is what we found ... 1) Friday nights there is...

This historic inn in a charming history-saturated town near Buffalo (but feels a thousand miles away from Buffalo!) offers beautifully prepared food served in a unique setting--with a feel of authentic arts & crafts with a soupçon of Frank Lloyd Wright. Our lunch included Garcia's Message, a refreshing rum-based, lime-infused cocktail, cups of shrimp and lobster bisque (a menu staple)...

Actually wasn't expecting much, despite the obvious history and significance. But was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of restoration. Not too much, not too little. They have preserved the floors, it appears, from the original, lending authenticity to the very spacious room we had. The bathroom is plain expansive, but very tastefully done with new fixtures that fit...

The historical information on this place is very interesting and the campus across the street is great. We stayed in the group of rooms that is separate from the main lobby. (The other side of the restaurant). When you first enter the group area, there is a damp smell. This is never good. The room was fine if you don't...
