Made a last minute reservation for an overnight stay before heading to Athens. The lobby area and general neighborhood is a little lackluster, but check-in and check-out was quick and no-contact. The room was tiny, but very clean; modern decor that felt very European. In general, very quiet, but we were able to hear a baby across the hall crying at night. Great location for LaGuardia airport and not terrible for JFK; also close to Shea Stadium. Convenient and comfortable overnight stay.

Stayed here as a family, renting several units on several floors. One floor smelled like weed, one floor smelled like cigarettes. Loud music going at 5am from another floor could be heard in my room. One room, the refrigerator light worked but did not cool, coffee maker did not work. Another room, there was no outlet on a wall so the refrigerator and coffee maker were not even plugged in and could not be used. Another room, the blinds/shutters did not work and did not have blackout curtains so the sun came in around 5am. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.

Perfect for an overnight stay if using LaGuardia Airport. Rooms are tiny, but clean and modern. Comfy bed and linens. Subway line runs directly on one side of the building. Didn't bother me, but others might not like it. Quick check-in and check-out. Didn't try breakfast.

My stay was descent. Rooms were clean and nice. No bugs. Sheets a bit scratchy. Bathroom door was hard to open and squeeked lol. They let me check in early, but had to wait while fridge and ac were fixed while already in my room. Should of asked for a partial refund just for that. 😕 No breakfast yet just a baggy with 2 things to go. Place has potential to get better. The rooftop bar looked abandoned lol.

My family had a really nice view of the city from our 11th floor suite. That was the only good thing. We were informed that our floor was non-smoking. That was great because we do not smoke. When we got off the elevator, the hallway smelled like smoke and so did our room. The carpet in our room had over 10 cigarette holes in it. The phone in our room did not work. The TV in our bedroom did not have a remote. I had to talk with someone at the front desk 3 times to get someone to come up and check on TV. Once someone came they only could get it to turn on, but could not change the channels. Many of the blind in the room did not work properly. When we checked out we ask to speak to a manager. He was not in the office. We were informed that he would call us that day which was Sunday. Now it is 6 days later and he has not called or reached out to us. I am very disappointed in the service and experience we had at this hotel. We were in the city for a few days for a family event. It no fun vacationing and have to spent so much time dealing with hotel issues. I do not recommend this hotel.

Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to leave your review. We genuinely appreciate all the feedback that we can get. It helps us learn in which areas we can grow and improve to provide better overall guest satisfaction. I'm sorry to hear that your room is not very clean and different from the pictures. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience regarding to the security knock on your door at the midnight but as we discuss, we had already made an adjustment for your stay and your parking fees. I am deeply sorry that you departed the hotel with this impression – as this in no way reflects The Parc Hotel standards of service. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, please send me a direct message so that I may be in touch.
