The Edwards Waterhouse Inn is the most wonderful B and B my wife Winona and I have had the pleasure of staying at. The accommodations and furnishings were of the highest order. We booked the Inn for our wedding party and the proprietor Jeff went out of his way to make our stay an occasion of sheer joy. We asked... More

The Edwards Waterhouse Inn is a beautifully restored house with a very comfortable atmosphere. The bathrooms all have modern fixtures and beautiful tile work. The bedroom we stayed in was spacious and the bed comfortable. Common areas include a very nice front porch for relaxing and indoors there is a piano and a harpsichord! The hosts, Jeff and Maggie, are... More

Have stayed many times, always a pleasure. Great night's sleep on a very comfortable bed in a cozy room with fireplace, what more could a guest want? Breakfast is always fresh and plentiful with Maggie's home cooking and Jeff saw to it that there were delicious vegan options as well for our 16 year old's lifestyle. Wouldn't stay anywhere else... Excellent food, accomodations, atmosphere, and service!! Proprietor shared historic significance of the house and their restoration journey. Turn down service. Visual interest at every turn. Breakfast on China with choice of gourmet quiche or simple eggs etc. Hated to leave!

This is one of the most comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfasts we've stayed at. We have stayed multiple times in various rooms, all rooms, as well as the entire home are tastefully decorated. You are provided with a breakfast menu upon your arrival with quite a few choices. Believe me you can't go wrong with any choice you make.... More

We stayed here for four nights while visiting family in Fredonia and attending concerts at Chautauqua. When we pulled in, Jeff came out to the parking area to greet us and carry our bags in and up to the second floor. Our first reaction was how elegantly the interior was furnished, and in a very comfortable way. We stayed in... More

I absolutely LOVED this place! I've stayed and bed and breakfasts before and they have been nice, but this is off the charts! The home is so elegant and beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous! There are outdoor patios where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee (which I'm doing right now) all around the property. I look... More

The charm of this beautiful home we were invited into is inviting and comfortable. Maggie and Jeff are to perfect hosts. Maggie is a wonderful sole, the modern woman with the wisdom of your grandmother and talents in the kitchen for cooking and putting up that most cooks today would envy, myself included. Jeff the perfect match to this business... More
