Check in was great, evening desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room we had was a standard king, but I would think it was better than standard. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good and the coffee was better than most places. We will certainly be back.

Not bad. Beds were comfortable, amenities aplenty. The breakfast is okay but nothing special. I hope you're not staying on a day when the lobby is crowded with loud-mouthed New York union members (who hog the seats and the food), many of whom are not even hotel patrons. I had a headache when I went back to my room (noise)....

Room was very hot but couldn't turn on the AC while we slept because it was so loud. Carpeting smelled like urine. Room was large. I booked a room with a sofabed but there wasn't one. Bed was uncomfortable and caused me to have back pain.

They sent us to a room where someone else was already occupying! The front desk person was extremely unfriendly and she acted like we were bothering her. The rooms were not very clean. Our TV was broken. Soap too small to cleanse oneself, not enough shampoo and the towels are like sandpaper -- actually hurt my skin. The breakfast items...

Due to the necessity of renovating my family's residence following water damage to the main bathroom of the first floor, I was compelled to stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Garden City, New York for three months. The timing of the stay was unfortunate due to the fact that I was recovering from surgery at the time. However,...

I stay at this La Quinta once a year. Over the years I have stayed at many La Quinta hotels and this is one of the nicest. The location is convenient to highways, restaurants and shopping but is not the most beautiful. The hotel is situated between a gas station and a deli. Given that, the hotel itself is neat...

Probably the best LaQuinta property I have ever stayed at. The room and keys were ready when I arrived. The front end staff was very helpful in directing me to nearby restaurants. Check was quick and the invoice e-mailed to me.

I think for the money spent its ok but could be better with a couple changes. 2 nd floor has half non smoking and half smoking. Second, towels in Gym and water cups. Also the hot tub needs to be hotter

I stayed at the La Quinta in Garden City, NY for 2 nights on business. I had called the hotel in the afternoon prior to arrival asking if all of their guest rooms had refrigerators and was told yes. Needless to say, when I arrived in my room - no fridge! I called the front desk and the clerk told...
