As they say, "You get what you pay for." At $55/night, this is a bargain. It has a great location. The room was pretty large. The staff I dealt with was nice. However, the room was not cleaned very well. The sheets were stained. The continental breakfast was bland and boring. There's a Tim Hortons on one side of the...

My boyfriend and I are the least picky people when it comes to hotel rooms. As long as it is clean and the beds are some what comfy we are happy. With that said we could not of been more unhappy. The room was filthy and everythignsmelled moldy!! Tannish brown splashes on the white bathroom walls, hairs from people past...

This place was a last resort and it was absolutely terrible. Filthy, moldy, leaking toilet, flys, burned out light bulbs - you name it. I wouldn't even shower in the morning because I didn't want my bare feet in the bathroom floor. Do not stay here.

The place is very old and has many issues, widows covered with bird poop, door had huge gap, lamp shade was in shreads, the bath/shower was spray painted! dirty. Mattresses were old and noisy, just a real dive. The last AMVI I stayed at was bare bones but nice. I'll never give them an other chance. John R

This is not even a place of last resort. Just don't go! Dirty, moldy, musty, and so in need of total makeover. The walls are paper-thin, halls loud, felt like a keg party in the bed next to me. Hole in bathroom ceiling looked like a spycam set-up. We slept in our clothes with shoes on on top of sheets....

Overall the place was not that bad. it was reasonably clean and tidy. I understand that I did not book a night at the Hilton, so I expected of having a couple of stains here and there, and a bit of a tatted and torn feel to it. The front office is very clean and the family at the front...

I wouldn't let my dog walk around in this dump. It is absolutely filthy. Mold on bathroom floor, shower curtains and tile. Someone's hair remained all over the bathroom. Dirty bathroom walls. Dirty carpet. There was no hot water; unless you count lukewarm water for a about two minutes. Invest in bleach and other cleaning products and hire cleaning staff....

If you are a fan of mold and soil, this is the place for you! The tile in the bath area hadn't been cleaned in a long time! Not a good experience. Stay away if at all possible! Rooms were blocked out for a group and they had us spread all over the complex. Killing spiders in the room kept...

This is rated as a 2-star hotel, but is not even 1-star in my opinion, actually an old and cheap motel!! Mine is a non-smoking room but smells cigarette. My friends found hairs on the beds. Bathtubs are like 40 years old!! Furnitures are old and out-dated. Breakfast area very small with only 4 smail tables, compared to the number...
