There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our stay which was disturbing and disruptive. It caused us to have to walk even further than we normally would have to staying in the 400 series of your rooms. Internet access was terrible our ice machine was out of order and we were very disappointed. I stayed...

Lovely grounds but sprawling hotel design with many stairs and long distances to rooms and facilities adversely impacts handicapped persons. Also only 4 handicap parking spaces. It is a long distance from front desk and banquet/breakfast rooms to hotel rooms. Service was okay but food was average. For breakfast buffet, the omelet "chef/cook" was late three days in a row....

Although the meals were somewhat pricey, the 1910 Pub is great for reconnecting with old friends. My room, although located in the very rear of the hotel, was on par with my experiences at 5 star hotels!

Great location for a group event - lovely outdoors, classic elegance in public rooms, fine modern guest rooms. The Pub is a bit loud, but convenient gathering place for a group. The grounds have huge lawns, you don't feel crowded.

The room was very far for my parents(85 & 87 yrs) to walk. There was a group of very loud people going thru the hall around 1:30 am which woke us up. The room was clean, but the tub was VERY slippery!! We almost wiped out!

Comments above. While the staff was very helpful and friendly, the quality of the bread products need to be improved - my suggestion. Bread was either old of just hard, which is not likeable on a hamburger or club sandwich ( from the Pub ) or the small burgers at the buffet.

There is nothing wrong with the Mansion, but neither is there anything about it that stands out. It is old and has grown in pieces. As a result the rooms though clean and comfortable are dated and its a long way from the check in desk to the room. They do have free coffee in the lobby in the morning...

Short but relaxing stay at the mansion. visited long island for the weekend and I made a stop at the Glen Cove Mansion for a night. Great staff, good food and beverages, live entertainment, amazing service. Keep up the good work, the mansion looks great and we are looking forward to our next visit soon.

We reserved two adjoining rooms for our family. The mansion looks great from the outside and common areas are nice, for a heritage mansion. The rooms are getting worn out and need to be updated. The bathroom facilities are tired and in need of updating.
