Walk past the chipped paint and sagging floor on the front porch, and you will see similar disgusting run down surroundings once you open the door. Stay clear of this place and find a simple clean hotel room instead-it would trump this place for sure.

I've always been skeptical of the whole bed and breakfast idea but thankfully my wife convinced me to try out the glens falls inn because she read a few great reviews and we were on vacation. The inn keeper Amanda was very hospitable and handled all of our needs. Breakfast was delicious, Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, several different cereals... More

Bed was harder than the floor. I could not sleep. The lamp next to the bed didn't work. The TV on the dresser was as small as the screen on my laptop-but that worked. The neighborhood was DARK AND CREEPY. The windows had no screens-would have been nice to get fresh air-it was too warm in the room. Thank goodness... More

When we drove up, I knew we made a mistake. The outside needed painting and was dirty. There were two plants at the front door in need of watering. We were greeted by a barefoot Denise who gave us a tour. Our room was dusty and you could not open a window. Breakfast was store bought pastry and cereal and... More

Receptive and friendly on-property manager, classic old city house interior having traditional wide-dark wood trim typical of a structure this age, large front porch, exterior really in need of a fresh coat of paint which is a shame as this property could have a great drive-by feel to it given its architectural elements. Cold breakfast offerings only which is apparently... More

I am from this area and wanted to stay somewhere different from the normal. What a great B&B! Loved the charm and the accommodation's were perfect. Whatever you needed they had or they would get for you. I am staying there every time I visit my home town. Great location to Lake George, Saratoga.

Stayed here because could not get a room in Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls is an easy 20 minute drive -- but I'm not faulting the city. This inn looks tired from the outside and in need of some attention. The good news: The inside is clean but worn. There is free wifi. The owners were entirely absent for our... More

The omelettes and the bed at this B&B were stellar. Otherwise it was clean, and well located within easy walking to a wonderfully revitalised downtown area with a range of good restaurants. Generally, the fixtures were quite "tired".

Feels like home. Has a variety of rooms. We stayed in the smallest one but were quite comfortable .There are several places in the common rooms that are very suited for quiet reading or conversation. The inn is a short walk to the center of town.

The location and hosts were wonderful! The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. It is a short, easy walk to the downtown area. Breakfast was delicious and the company was very enjoyable ! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!
