What a fantastic experience. Our group of nine had a brilliant three days in this unique, quirky camp. Every room is different and designed around the granite of the Matobo Hills. The rooms are very open, so don't expect privacy from a roommate. Billy and the whole Camp team were excellent and made sure we had the holiday treat of...

We had a brilliant one night stay here. Our whole family were treated like kings and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They were very accommodating with our two young daughters too. A special memory. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this short but very meaningful review. One night is better than no nights at Amalinda and we hope that we have now whet your appetite and that you will think about returning and staying a bit longer! Amalinda is always a firm favourite with children - the caves and rocks are great for a Flintstone...

We stayed in Room 9 Iate Aug 2016. The room was lovely- built in to the rocks- very romantic. The food and service were excellent. When you go there, make sure you go into the park to track rhinos on foot and then go see the petroglyphs. It is delightful.

We spent two nights at Camp Amalinda with our 11 year old son Charlie and were made to feel most welcome by manager 'Billy' upon arrival with the offer of a refreshing drink. The camp itself is truly breathtaking both inside and out, and the surrounding area has to be one of mother natures finest achievements. Our room (number 4...

There is nothing in the world like Amalinda and Matopo. The rocks are more than special the way they are balanced one over the other. Paul Hubbard is a fantastic guide. We had him guide us in Amalinda and Great Zimbabwe. An unforgettable trip to Zimbabwe. More people should realize that Zimbabwe has wonderful resorts, like Amalinda and Chilo Gorge....

What a spectacular location. The camp is set in an oasis of calm, spectacular views, with wildlife all around. The rooms are enormous and very comfortable, with the emphasis on luxury.
