Really? Karaoke? Outside at night? Way to spoil the quiet and peace! On our last night of vacation, sitting inside with all dorrs and windows shut! I cannot believe we are paying for this! Refund! Not what we were hoping for - and not what we expected at all!

I am sorry this husband and wife chose to each write bad reviews based on a 3 hour karaoke activity that a majority of our guests enjoy. Although I sympathize and respect their opinions and dislike of Karaoke, I feel bad they let this spoil an otherwise nice family vacation. Alice Patchett.

stayed there at a cabin with 3 of my family and a motel for my parents. booked just the past weekend for 2 days. the first night we cannot wait to get out of there. if we were not locked in the days we would have mover elsewhere. so here is our experience summary from the time we checked-in to...

Our policies and rate information are very well detailed in all our literature. There are no pets allowed in the summer. If we knew at check-in that the guest arrived with 3 pets and 3 addl. adults, we would have not accepted their reservation. Our rate structure calls for an addl. $25 a day per pet and $25 a day...

We rented the Adirondack Cottage. It has 2 BR, living room, 1 bath, kitchenette and a porch with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the majestic Lake George. WiFi and two televisions in our cabin. Paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, row boats, bicycles are all complimentary. There are charcoal grills to use. My daughter and her boyfriend utilized the tether ball, putting...

Went to this spotless resort for an early Spring get-a-way with a dear friend. We just wanted beautiful scenery and a little peace and quiet and we sure got it! The resort was a gem of a place in a spot you can only dream about. The cabin was spotless and was tastefully decorated. The owners clearly love this place and...

I love this place! I can't stress how awesome it is. I'm a neat freak and I usually obsess about the cleanliness of accommodations. This place really impressed me by how clean, organized and put together it is. We arrived really late at night, and the reception was kind enough to leave a key and a map to our cabin,...

We have stayed at Trout House at least 10 times but not in recent years. Our return reminded us of how much we absolutely love it. It is so peaceful and quiet in the off season. We just sat by the fire and watched the ice fishers out our window. The cabins are absolutely immaculate, well equipped, and have great...

We stayed in the Library for two nights. The view of the frozen lake was spectacular. The room was a decent size, very nicely decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. There was a small closet, which was useful for the luggage, as there wasn't room to spread out in the room. The bathroom was small, but it was clean....

We just returned from spending New Years Eve here. It has been a long time since we stayed here, but that won't happen again! The cottages are extremely well built and furnished! The place is really a gem! The view is amazing of course and the people were almost all warm and friendly.
