Hague is on the northern end of Lake George which is quiet and beautiful. The Ruah is a beautiful old building that is in need of maintenance and fresh decor. Our room was large with a lovely view of the lake, but it was in need of new shades and the doors need repair. The breakfasts were adequate but not...

This is a beautiful 1907 house across the road from Lake George, with a view of the lake somewhat marred by telephone poles and power lines. We stayed in the Flirtation Room, which had a very comfortable bed and a shared balcony overlooking the lake with lounge chairs. You have to go a few steps in the hall to get...

Overall a pleasant B&B. Nice sized rooms. Beautiful décor and garden. Nice view of Lake George. About 20 minutes to Ft Ticonderoga. at first I thought the road was going to be noisy, but I did not notice any noise after 10pm. Only 4 rooms so you get personalized service. Shared upstairs porch off your rooms, but planters between each...

We always stay at B&B's and Inns during our travels, and there is no question this is the most elegant Victorian we have ever stayed at. Judy and Peter not only have given this beautiful home the care it deserves, but treated us just as well! (wait until you get breakfast!) Thank you so much- our bedroom and fireplace were...

Historic Victorian home converted to a B&B overlooking northern Lake George. Wonderful hosts, Judy and Peter Foster couldn't have been more amenable and inviting. The home was featured in several very high end magazines and was the subject of a 6 page spread in House Beautiful. Views from our room, the Queen of the Lakes were spectacular. There is an...

This inn is perched on a rise overlooking Lake George. Interesting, attractive decor within. Very large porch to sit and admire the view. In a quiet, uncommercial area. Friendly innkeeper serves breakfast in a lovely dining area.

Lovely place and lovely views. Wonderful owners...The problem with the stay is that, it should be a comfortable one. The bed was stiff and seemed old...For the price you pay to stay there, they should pony up and buy a half way decent bed! Seemed as old as the house was....Not the greatest breakfast either, rather light....Could of had at...

We decided to book a fall trip to northern Lake George, and found this B&B. As a previous review stated, the owners seem less than interested in our stay. They had no willingness to engage, or truly care about our stay. I have stayed in many B&B's over the years, and this was by far the worst breakfast we ever...

This is a great B & B. We were there at the end of the season, so several of the things to do and see were closed. We had a great time in the area and will go back if ever in the area. Peter and Judith Foster made us feel at home and they talked to us but also...

Great house, but the location, parking and service are mixed. The property is being sold and the owners seem less interested in the guests than in their own agenda. No social hour, and no interest in dietary needs.
