Stayed at Prospect Complex for six months on the 1st floor furnished apartments (no kitchen but small fridge, microwave, and sink). The apartment was clean, roomy, and staff very accommodating. It is truly the best deal in town. If you are visiting the area, stay there.

I stayed here with my husband and son when we went fossil hunting in the area. Because it was a weekend we had trouble finding rooms. The plus of this place is that we had two rooms with a king size bed and a fold out couch so there was room for all of us. We also had two bathrooms,...

These suites are wonderful. My wife and I stayed here with our daughter to visit relatives. Stayed 1 and a half weeks and didn't feel like we were in a motel at all. We usually stay at "name brand" hotels, but there are none in Herkimer, so we made reservations here. So glad we did. We had a king size...

I have been recently traveling to this area to service a new account for my company. I did not make reservations in advance, and found the "nice motel" in Herkimer (Herkimer Motel) had no rooms available. They suggested this place, after calling a few spots in Utica to find they were full. I should have known that if they have...

It sounds like this reviewer only walked around by the professional offices section at a time when most of them had already closed, which of course makes it look dimmer than when they are open with all their lights on. As with most mixed-use buildings, the commercial offices are toward the front entrance of the building, and the hotel suites...

This hotel has pretty nice apartment-style suites, although there is no stove, we had a micorwave, refirgerator, and sink. But we weren't there to cook or make meals anyway so we didn't mind. There was ample space for all our things and plenty of room to feel comfortable for the two weeks we were there. We brought our family to...

After trying 2 other motels in the area we finally found this hidden gem. We stayed here for 11 days and it felt like we were in our own mini-condominium. This is NOT a roadside motel. You actually park in a general parking lot and then walk inside interior hallways to your room. We had our own studio suite. The...
