We found this B&B while searching for an overnight in the Finger Lakes. Many hotels and B&B's in the Finger Lakes require a 2 night stay on the weekends, but Little Lakes lets you book for just one night. And what a find! Margot and Peter, the hosts, are friendly and charming without being intrusive. The suite we stayed in,...

I stayed at Little Lakes Inn and Healing Center twice, once in July for four nights and then again in August for four nights. Each visit was spectacular. My room, The Hemlock, was beautifully decorated with antiques. The queen-sized bed was so comfortable that I would slip under the covers, fall immediately asleep and not wake up until morning. Breakfast...

The Little Lakes Inn is wonderful! Beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything was top notch, high end, and just lovely. Stayed in the Canadice Room and it was perfect. Loved all of the details, including the awesome shower. Even the bedding, towels, and soap was luxurious. Would love to stay again!

Spent two lovely evenings at this B&B, and would highly recommend it! Owners, Peter and Margot have created a beautiful Inn, with 5 well appointed rooms, each named after one of the finger lakes. Stayed in the Honeoye room, and it was wonderful. The breakfasts were amazing, the scones - out of this world! Every detail was covered. We did...

This B&B is top-notch - from the friendliness, to the food, to the decor -- all high-quality. The owners' labor of love during the renovation of this old place comes thru whereever you look. A wonderful addition to the small burg of Honeoye, NY.

This inn is in the western finger lakes region, about 20 - 30 minutes away from wineries and shopping and fine dining. There is not too much in honeoye itself. The local lake is lovely, but is NOT within walking distance of the inn. So if you want to be in the center of everything, this is not the place....

My wife and I and another couple spent three nights at Little Lakes Inn & Healing Center. The reviews on Trip Advisor were very complimentary, and we discovered why. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable beds. My wife and I had the Loon suite on the first floor off the parlor and, despite its location, it was...

Everything from the room to the food to the massage treatments w/Asami were first-rate. Also, Margot & Peter made sure that they accommodated our special dietary needs. Finally, be sure to check out the Ember Woodfire Grille in Livonia for top-notch tapas!

I had a wonderful weekend at The Little Lakes Inn. The Inn is immaculate and very well cared for. The Inn keepers were wonderful. They helped us with dinner reservations (the restaurant we ate at was amazing). They were also a tremendous help with our lousy limo service. I really can’t say enough good things about them. The food was...

My husband and I spend the weekend at Little Lakes for our 12th anniversary and we had such a wonderful time there. The inn keepers are very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! We stayed in the loon lake room downstairs. It had a very comfortable king size bed and the bathroom was roomy with a big...

“We like having our own bath. So pick one of the rooms that does - all but one I think.”

“We stayed in every room, because there were seven of us, and all rooms were amazingly lovely and comfortable. If you want quiet reading time away from other guests, we'd recommend selecting one of the larger rooms (Loon or Honeoye), because they have lovely reading nooks, or if you want a luxurious bath, make sure you pick one of the rooms with a tub! But we don't think you could go wrong with any of them.”

“If you are on a budget, ask for the room with a private bathroom across the hall. But there's a LOT of hallway traffic, so be prepared.”
