As other recent reviewers have noted, the accommodations are rustic at best. Cold salt water showers and inconsistent electricity should not cost this much. We traveled there to do some scuba diving only to stay for four days and go on exactly zero dives. While the diving conditions were not optimal, there were many opportunities to dive that the management...

I had the misfortune of booking our extended family into Nyati for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary celebrations. From the minute we stepped through the airport doors we were met with one disaster after the next. Having travelled extensively around the globe, we can only say that this resort is by far the worst that we have ever had...

Apart from being situated in a very superb remote location between the Indian Ocean and an a very quiet estuary full of fish and pink flmaningos, the Lodge itself is quite disappointing (salt water for showering, no internet access, poor cellphone communication, limited food and beverages choice, dirty pools in the executive villas, problems with hot water, poor boat transportation,...

This place is excellent and well worth the visit, it is totally peaceful, and the Dive Master Kerry a bundle of excited energy that is a joy to be around. we couldn't have asked for more, greeted by a glass of juice on the way from the helicopter, to a new chalet surrounded by sand to find a bottle in...

Many different ways made our choice of this trip to Nyati Beach Lodge, we don´t regret it at all. We can only agree with all the other positive reviews on TripAdvisor about this magical place. We stayed one week. For those who haven´t been in a similar country, there may be disturbing details as I understood that some visitors at...

Spent 6 nights at the start of September and had a fantastic time. The service that we received was excellent, while we were at Nyati we went scuba diving, kitesurfing, surfing and whale watching swam with whale shark just so much to do. Only bad part is that food is so good that you have to eat it all best...

It’s hard to put the beauty of this place in words. It’s magnificent. My wife and I spend the last week of our honeymoon at Nyati after being in and around Kruger Park for Safari. We had a fantastic time. The lodge is located on a narrow piece of land between a shallow lagoon and the Indian Ocean. This way...

We have recently returned from this Hotel/Lodge and felt we had to upload a review here so people looking for a similar haven are inspired to book and be blown away by it as much as we were. If you are looking to stay in a remote, beautiful, wild location only a 2 hour boat trip, or helicopter ride, away...

Nyati Beach Lodge is situated in the most fabulous setting on the San Sebastian Peninsular. It is not accessible by vehicle and we arrived by helicopter over aquamarine seas. Spectacular!! There are miles of beaches where you dont see a soul. In fact you could drive for probably 60kms on one of their quad bikes along the beach and still...

“There are great two bed villas right on the beach which are great for families or groups of friends, with their own private plunge pool. Note don't book no 4 unless you wake up early - its close to the walkway where the staff walk past in the morning to set up breakfast and open the activity centre from 5am.”
