A wonderful safe venue for friends and family. The food is excellent and people very helpful. It's a nice private place where the kids can run around, swim and play while parents relax at a nearby table of at the bar.

We stayed in Vilanculos for three weeks and visited Aguira Negra a few times. It was a lovely place to eat, drink and relax. The food is good and the pool made it a great place for the kids to play. A wonderful change when you're tired of the sand and relentless sunshine.

Melissa and I had a wonderful time at Aguia negra. If you enjoy beach vibes, cocktails and lying in the sun it is perfect for you. We stayed in the luxury rooms which were very good. The staff are very friendly. I can high toy recommend this resort.

The second in a villa which I shared with some friends. Both were well priced. the shared villa costs were extremely low in comparison to what... More

It's nice to stay in a place frequented more by Mozambicans than by foreigners. The pool and grounds were lovely, the restaurant very good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dark and dated but acceptable and the bed comfortable. Essential to have AC and a mosquito net and we had both.

I have been there with my wife. The place it's beautiful, the people from the hotel are very friendly and useful. The view it's amazing. We recommend rent a boat and visit the islands in front of the hotel. For the lunch I would recommend the fish it's delicious.

Decide to spend 2 nights on the mainland before heading off on a live aboard boat. Friendly staff, great rooms and fantastic bar. Food was basic but fine. Fantastic rim flow pool with a great view. Right on the beach and boating place next door.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 glorious hot weeks! We never wanted to leave We stayed in the A-frame chalets whilst they are clean and comfortable they could do with a few touch ups and perhaps a small revamp. But when you have a view of the sea who can complain too much. The main pool is great... More

“We had a chalet closest to the pool and the beach - I can't complain about it the hotel is mostly quiet at night once everyone has had dinner or some drinks so it doesn't get too noisy. I can't really comment on any of the other chalet or luxury room locations but ours was good”
