Coming up from 5 days trough the Huab rivier we got lucky to stay at the last campsite available. Not necessary to say that a shower was welcome, the warm water was just perfect as well as the thoughtful integration of the bathrooms and facilities into the stunning landscape. We enjoyed one of the best sunsets, staff is friendly and...

we adored this incredible place, probably a lot to do with the fact we opted for the suite, which was sensational. 3 rondavals a huge sitting room, a 4-poster bedroom and the 3rd a bathroom, all placed on a wrap around veranda overlooking the bush and mountains, set a little walk from the main part of the hotel so exceptionally...

We loved our stay at Mowani. Like everyone else the location, views, communal areas, pool and rooms are absolutely brilliant. My only issue was having staff that interacted with us a little more and not so formal. Our guide Max was awesome and we loved having him for our Bushman Paintings and Elephant Trekking Tours. The elephant trekking was absolutely...

This is actually even more beautiful than pictures can show. We had the most stunning view and experience at this magnificent place. It's nature and man made, nothing got in the way for it. Food was fabulous, pool is beautiful, tents are luxurious in every way.

There is an option to camp in Mowani. There are 8 berths each with their own very nice ablutions (5 star shower), kitchen sink and braai platform. The sites are superbly set amongst the boulders with magic views. Absolutely peaceful. This is camping at its best

The lodge is cleverly positioned in the middle of huge boulders in an unbelievable landscape setting with views which go on for ever. The chalets, which have canvas sides and wall to wall zip up fly screens, are comfortable and clean. The service is excellent (Leonardo looked after us during our stay) and the meals were superb. Many tourist spots...

The lodge and thatched huts are spread amongst the amazing rounded boulders on top of a hill, with superb views for miles over the surrounding hills and valleys. With 1 exception, the staff were well trained and the service was excellent. The huts were canvas-sided on a wood frame and were spacious, user-friendly and very comfortable. Sitting beside the fire...

i think its almost impossible to describe.. this place. perfectly integrated in the nature... you have to hit against the door to understand where the lodge is. For the first time i need to have 6 stars on Tripadvisor to rate this place.

We stayed at the lodge for two nights in late March. The tented rooms are large and spacious, but only sleep two, so our daughter had a roll away bed on the floor, which was ok, but most other lodges accommodated a third bed for her. Also be aware that the tents are not tight to the floor, so easy...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us. We appreciate both the good and bad comments, as it allows to work on the areas that were not quite up to standard.
