Perched next to the river bed, nsolo bush camp has an amazing location. Colo was an amazing host, we came walking from our sleep out and was greeted with Jamesons the moment we reached 😀 We spent the previous 3 nights at Luwi and while we loved Luwi and the sleep out, our game viewing luck was not at it's...

This was our second camp – sandwiched between stays at Luwi and Kakuli – and we can’t speak highly enough about the whole experience. Perched on the edge of a sweeping dry river bed, just above a waterhole filled with noisy hippos and crocs, we thought Nsolo had the most beautiful location of all. It helped that we were spoiled...

This camp specializes in walking safaris, although other safaris also available... only 4 individual, very roomy chalets, with raised decks, thatched roofs, massive outdoor bathrooms, all overlooking the river, when full, probably would have great game viewing... It is a very relaxed camp with siesta time, lovely central area, help yourself at the bar, drinks, tea, coffee etc. , library,...

Nsolo was our second Norman Carr Camp and our second stop in South Luangwa NP. We came from Luwi. This camp was lovely...also sitting on the Luwi river which is almost completely dry, but we did have a water hole in front of camp which made it interesting especially with noisy hippos at night! Our room at Nsolo was really...

If you are looking for camps in South Luangwa, this camp should be on the list. Nice accommodation on the river bank with typical outside bathroom and great views from the deck. Our guide- Innocent- was very knowledgeable and shared his passion with us every drive whatever we saw. The food was good, staff in the camp very helpful, warm...

We walked to Nsolo from Luwi, our first Norman Carr bush camp. What a great experience. An opportunity to see all the little things after seeing the big things on the safari drives and night drives. And to make our stay at Nsolo even better was the food prepared by chef Million. Delicious!

Nsolo Bushcamp, South Luangwa National Park, Zambia. 12th – 14th August 2016 Our very first night in Africa and what a place to start. It had been a long, long journey from Britain and I really wondered where on earth I was coming to when we were driven through the dark evening along the rough dusty tracks of the National...

If you're staying in South Luangwa for anything other than the wildlife, you've picked the wrong place to visit. However, Nsolo manages to make you feel like you're in the laps of both luxury and Mother Nature, and was the most perfect introduction to our time in Zambia. The chalets are comfortable, clean and welcoming. Space is ample and the...

This was our last stop on our trip. The tent/hut backed up to a dried riverbed and was clean and well maintained. The camp had very good food and our guide, Prince (also the manager) was awesome. Our scout, Kefus, was very good too. They offered great driving safaris and awesome walking safaris. We saw all kinds of wildlife. I...

We walked to Nsolo from Kakuli which was an experience in itself however the first glimpse of Nsolo will live long in memory. There was a row of staff lined up beyond the river bank under the shade of an African Mahogany tree that yelled out "Welcome to Nsolo!" as we ran across the dry Luwi river bed. This in...
