This is a charming small hotel -- really and B & B -- in the Centro Historico, on a quiet street within walking distance of all the major sites. The room was clean, the mattress that perfect compromise between soft and firm, and the towels fluffy. Nice view from the roof garden. HOWEVER, I would not stay there again during...

Many thanks for the comment this helps us every day to be better and we are pleased that they liked the hotel and that they liked the attention of the staff, as for the room that comments we are working on it since we have other rooms more ventilated , We are waiting for you again in this house. The hotel is small but the service and friendly staff make it worthwhile. The hotel is only a few blocks from great restaurants and bars. This place is well worth a few nights stay. Also they have a nice breakfast.

For MXN1200 a night for a single room, there are a lot of options in Queretaro. But they are most likely all away from the city center. This hotel is basically a small villa converted into a hotel. They have made some upgrades to the facility but you can still tell that it is an old house. This not a...

We did not have reservations but liked the looks of the hotel on Trip Advisor. Fortunately they had rooms so we stayed three nights.Great rate, quiet rooms , friendly staff and great breakfasts. We loved the rooftop terrace even though most guests did not use it. Benjamin sent us to a great restaurant ( Tikua) and we loved the brewery...

This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location convenient to the historico centro. The staff was outstanding - welcoming, and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. English not that great, but we were able to communicate just fine. Convenient street parking. Excellent cooked-to-order breakfast. We would highly recommend this charming little hotel!

This hotel has it all: great location, gracious staff, delicious breakfast, lovely/quiet room. Did I mention the staff could not be more helpful? It helps to speak a little Spanish, but I watched other guests communicating with the staff, both parties using with their cellphones to fill in the words. Oh - and the showers really do have hot water...

Our room was small but quite comfortable, nice clean bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. The staff couldn't be more helpful...they were terrific even if their English wasn't that great. The free breakfasts were fruit, juice and eggs any way you want them. The huevos rancheros were excellent, and their omelettes were tasty. One note of...

This a charming little hotel, well located and with lots of character. It has a very nice patio, overall it seemed clean and the staff was super friendly. I wouldn’t qualify it as “hotel boutique” because you don’t get many amenities in the room (not even hair conditioner) but it could be good value for the price you pay. Also,...

A pleasant hotel, within a few blocks of all the central locations, but peaceful. An unused roofdeck that appeared to have been a bar, was full of blooming bougainvilleas, butterflies and hummingbirds, which we enjoyed watching and photographing. (We were there in July which is the slow season.)

We stayed four nights at this small hotel and because it was mid-week in the off season, we (two couples) were the only ones there. Jesus and the staff looked after us like royalty. From the great coffee and breakfasts in the morning, to booking us tours, recommending restaurants and giving us tourist information, they were terrific hosts. Jesus escorted...
