The hotel is really beautiful. But the staff is lack of training how to treat the customers and how to give the best service. My brother paid for a street view room, at the time we got there, they told him that those rooms were occupied, and they ask him if he want to they could move out the people...

This hotel definitely has the best location in Queretaro, since it is right on the corner of the town's most charming little square with the two best restaurants, a fine creperie, a couple of cafes all of which have seats on the sidewalk of this almost-completely pedestrian square. The hotel is rated as a 5-star establishment, although there are a...

Located in the historic centre of Queretaro, the hotel is in a beautiful colonial era building. The rooms are huge and very nice done out and it has a library, restaurant and pool. The downside is that our stayed was plagued by the noise: on Friday and Saturday music blared from a nearby bar or club until 2am and during...

after spending a week in a chain hotel on the main highway, this smaller, more personal hotel in the old downtown was a welcome change of pace. This boutique hotel is superbly located for touring the city and its attractions. In its entry/lobby the legends tour depart every night. The restaurant is very good and the bar has nice live music for dinner. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any request.

Excellent Location, beautifully decorated large rooms are very clean. Courtyard restaurant offers Brunch from Mexican Cuisine. Beware of the hot stuff. There is plenty of choices: Tropical fruits, freshly made waffles, omelette of your choice, soft tacos, quesadillas and many more. We had a quiet room at the adjacent courtyard. However, some of our friends who stayed in rooms overlooking...

The breakfast and food is good and rich. the only handicap is that cars cannot enter to the front door of the hotel during certain hours thus you may...

We stayed in the hotel for nine days while my husband worked locally and I played. The service was excellent...staff were friendly, helpful and always attentive. Receptionist spoke English. Food was excellent, we particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet on the weekend. We told them it was a second honeymoon and they spread flower petals on our bed, gave us roses...

This hotel was one of the coolest places I have ever stayed, period, and I have traveled a lot. It was head and shoulders above anything I have experienced before in Mexico. We went to Queretaro on a driving trip through Mexico organized by a travel agent. I hadn't even heard of the town before we went, but its center...
