Went this Saturday the second time for breakfast. The first time was okay. Slow service but very nice piano music from a very friendly musician and good breakfast. This time my wife, my baby and I came in and were told no tables were available - please wait a little in the lobby... Okay, the 2 free tables were for...

If you choose to stay here you would do so for the experience of staying in a historical home that has been repurposed as a boutique hotel. Not a luxury hotel, but an average boutique hotel. The Alhambra room is elaborately decorated and turned in Moorish style. The hotel is very clean. In terms of comfort, the beds are firm,...

I just LOVE this kind of building. YOu can feel the history as you step in. For me it is li´ke living in some fairlytale. Our room was very spacious, beds were good, toilet and shower were great. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs since you can here some people talking in the big main salon at night....

A fabulous historic landmark in historical downtown Queretaro. The lobby and rooms are spectacular. Unfortunately, there was a musty odor in the building. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I recommend stopping in to see the architecture or perhaps a meal, but staying somewhere else.

Stayed here for the first 4 days of January 2017. It's on the semi pedestrian street that leads to Jardin Zegua. So there is lots of foot traffic outside. But inside the hotel it's very quiet. Had breakfast each day in the restaurant and it was very good. The hotel is the typical colonial with a large court yard that...

We have only eaten in the restaurant which is a beautiful location (see photos) and with great food. We particularly like the cream of pepper soup served in a capuchino cup. My wife left her wallet there and 2 hours later when we realised it was missing we found the staff had it safely stored. Wonderful shop on site too...

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but the hotel was great. It was like staying in a museum. Restaurants and plazas within walking distance. Staff was great. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in the center of Qro. Driving in this area can be tricky, but the hotel offered a valet service to park the car...

Second time I visit this place and I am extremely irritated with the negative reviews last travelers posted here. They were certainly a lie and they have the evil intention of destroying the hotel reputation. The hotel can't be better. This is a very old house and obviously the furniture is old. But that is exactly what gives charm to...

Extremely nice place and location. Seems to be dying a slow death. The place is for sale and everyone knows it. Can't be making any money so they aren't putting in money into the place. Just trying to sell

It is a beautiful building but not well maintained, you can notice an characteristic odor from the furniture and carpets since you enter in the hotel. The manager doesn't know about customer service, good manners and shows total desinterestedness of mantaining a beautiful hotel in good condition. It's a shame
