My husband and I spent a week in this hotel - he was there on business trip, for me just a pleasure. Hotel is perfectly located by beautiful Park Alameda, few minutes walk from amazing old city. But, hotel itself was not really amazing. Rooms too small. Bathrooms literally in the room- shower separated by glass door, sinks not separated...

My family and I enjoyed three nights in Queretaro at this modern hotel. The rooms were very nice and the fact that it was across from the park was a big plus. The pool was cold and so was the hot tub, although my kids didn't seem to mind. The view from the rooftop bar was incredible, but nobody really...

We have some problems with the room. The carpet was humid with the handwasher. The parking was full. Some cars on the halls that make difficult the normal circulation. The menu for the restaurant was not exciting at all as the rest of the services on the hotel. I feld I was on a three star hotel.

This hotel is only 4 blocks away from city center and has many options for eating and drinking nearby. The price includes a complete breakfast buffet. The amenities this hotel has, is a deck with a bar, a small gym, pool and sunbathing deck. The restaurant closes at 11pm and the room service closes at the same time. The rooms...

Quite modern style across the street from a large park. Motion activated lights in hallway, smart electricity on/off in room. Very good air conditioner which I was so grateful for. Complimentary breakfast buffet--not a simple roll and coffee, no, I counted at least a dozen possibilities--you could fill up for the day on the food! Good room, free wifi internet...

The lobby looks good but the total experience was not. The water was only somewhat hot, the room design was ridiculous allowing no privacy when using the bathroom. The shower opens right to the rest of the room. There were three of us sharing the room but they only prepared it for two. I asked 3 times to be brought...

Was worried at first about the hotel being so closed to the streets. But it was not an issue at night. Staff was great and helpful, with regards to best way to go, or places to see. It was not bad for noise within the hotel.

This is a great value as it is very clean, convenient, new, and having a great staff. My only reason this did not get 5 stars from me is the very slow internet/wifi. Late at night or early in the morning the wifi was very fast, but with only 2 nodes for the entire hotel, it became a 30 minute...

The rooms are not soundproof, so you hear all night the elevator beeping and the noise from the room above. The bathroom is open with two doors - one for shower, the other for toilet. Sink and mirror are in the open, pay attention to the backside of the mirror- you can hurt yourself on the edges. The breakfast offers...
