The rooms are very big, they have an upstairs loft with a TV and a sofa, there is a king size bed and a TV downstairs, it has AC for when its cold. The room has excellent WIFI They continental breakfast (juice, bread, fresh fruit, coffee and tea) is included. The only problem that I found is that the beds...

This is a very old Hotel off the main squares, so it is quiet even on busy weekends. The room we had was spacious with an upstairs loft with leather sofas and large TV. Well decorated and furnishings were well planned. Only downside was that the bed was like sleeping on a board. Price was great, included a small continental...

I'm 42, I'm from Belgium. This is my 4th stay at this really nice hotel, right in the historic center of Querétaro. I was here partly for business, partly for leisure. Querétaro is growing a lot, you have so many places to stay, but I will always go for Hotel Quinta Santiago: so well located, so quiet and relaxing, very...

Set up in an old colonial property, this hotel as a very nice look ! All the rooms are distributed along the corridors and patios. The place is very intimate and quiet, even in the rooms with windows above the street. The rooms have air conditionning, good bathrooms and wifi. Located at a few blocks from the historical center of...

Delighted to find a clean, comfortable and attractive hotel close to everything in central Queretaro. The staff have been wonderful and the room is spacious and decorated nicely. There are all the amenities one would expect in an American hotel: safe for valuables, ironing and ironing board, air conditioner, bottled water, hair dryer. We're looking forward to breakfast in the...

The bed was a little too hard for my wife. The TV was old (but we didn't really need a TV). Our bedroom (125) was upstairs, it was hard to get there. Do try to get one at floor level. The bedroom was really clean. Location is excellent, it is on a beatiful part of the historic downtown.

Stayed here for one night while driving from Puerto Vallarta to Puebla. Using our Tom Tom GPS, we had no problem finding the hotel which is very close to the center of town. Beautiful 200 or 300 year old building converted to a hotel. Front desk staff were very welcoming and took us right to our room which opened onto...

This hotel is conveniently located near the Jardin Guerrero (see the separate entry for this plaza) in the historic downtown of Querétaro. The property itself is a remodeled convent and a very interesting structure. Guests are each given a plug-in router for their rooms and the wifi connection is very good. A continental breakfast is included in the room price...

A couple of blocks from the main square, this previous convent complex is lovely with small courtyards leading to the stunning double height rooms. forget about their meagre complimentary breakfast though, it's a waste of time and served al fresco. there are enough good eating places nearby.

Lovely hotel set in an old convent, very quirky and colorful. I suspect the room sizes and comfort vary significantly due to the setting of the hotel - a cluster of buildings linked by charming corridors and portals. We were in a room on a roof-top which was really lovely, basic amenities were all there, water, free wifi, spare blankets......

“Ask for a room in the front of the building. Ours was located in the rear of the hotel and we had to climb a narrow staircase to get to it and carrying our suitcases was difficult.”

“Unless you need a 2 level suite, opt for a standard room that fronts onto the main patio. Better security & nice daytime ambience.”
