Once again at Gran Hotel. Best location in centro historico. Nice room, helpful team. If you face a problem with the WiFi, feel free to request some help. The main issue is really the breakfast. I hope someone from the team will finally read all the comments ! !!!

My mother forgot her purse at the 5 table breakfast room. She wasn't feeling well and didn't leave her room for the next 24 hrs. It took her until the next morning until she noticed it had been stolen. I inmediatly asked at the reception to look at the security video but it took two and a half hours, after... More

The hotel has a great restaurant and also a great bar. Both have live music in the evenings and if I were rating them I could give both 5 stars. The location is perfect in the center of Queretaro and the building is magnificent. The guest rooms were clean but need to be better maintained for a hotel of this... More

We knew to request a room facing inward to avoid the noise. We were there on a weekend. But we wanted a balcony facing the plaza. And we got it, so we were happy. Nice, spacious corner room with front and side balconies. Could not be happier. The noise stopped after 1 AM or so. The best part of our... More

This hotel is built in hacienda style and directly at the center of Queretaro. That means you just walk downstairs and you have bars and restaurants to your right and to your left. Often even with live music, especially on Thursday, the traditional night for Mexicans to go out. This is nice if you are part of the crowd but... More

The Gran Hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful and vivacious historic center of Queretaro. We spent two days just walking around here taking in the sights and activities. The rooms and public areas of the hotel are spacious, clean, and well designed. Unlike some luxury hotels in Mexico, they apparently have no water filtration system, although they... More

The hotel has a beautiful architecture, a great location, nice restaurants below and balconies with a good view. On the other hand it is not very comfortable: I struggled with the shower to get a nice temperature it was either very hot or very cold, the breakfast is a joke you will end eating somewhere else, the WiFi was very... I stayed at this hotel last Friday 11/2/15 , we had 2 rooms and it was impossible to sleep. Our 2 rooms where located on top to the restaurant , they have live music until 1:30 am then more loud music until 2:30 am. We requested a room change and the agent from the Front Desk did not care about... More

I really wasn't expecting this old hotel to be so modern inside. The rooms are comfortable, and don't have that "old hotel" look. They look modern and, if you get an outside facing room, then you have a very nice view of the plazas and the buildings around. Yes, like other reviews, it's noisy, specially towards the weekends when the... More

I stayed here for two nights for a business trip. The location is terrific: on a pedestrian square in the heart of the historic downtown. The rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast is limited and not great but fine. I was in room 114 the first night, on a corner with windows on two sides. The view was incredible but... More
