The location is perfect. The architecture beatifull. The breakfast is a joke. I will not even describe it as it is worst than a hostal... Last but not least, unless you have a heavy sleep, you will not be able to rest since you will hear every 15' 30' and every hour the near church as you were inside of...

As soon as you walk through the doors you immediately see it is a nice place. The staff is very friendly and all of the workers were very polite and spoke more then enough english. The hotel is very clean and up to date. My room was facing toward the street and had a small balcony that was accessible through...

I had to stay at this hotel since I was part of a small group, long story short my room got completely flooded at 4 am, call reception to notify the problem and the answer was "there are no available rooms at the moment you will have to stay on that room" somehow I'm ok with that, it was 4am...

This says it all Queretaro is the best. go to las cruciadas i think is the blues club that rocks in town!! We upgraded to a corner suite and were rewarded with a huge room with high ceilings and 3 french doors opening out onto narrow balconies overlooking the Jardin Zenea. The bathroom was very spacious with its own balcony...

We chose this hotel based upon its location, value and the fact it is in a historic building and were not disappointed. It bills itself as a 5 star hotel but is not really comparable with 5 star hotels in other cities, although I don't mention this as a negative. We upgraded to a corner suite and were rewarded with...

The hotel is nice, but the noise is terrible. There are musicians that play forever. Good if you are here for fun. Not acceptable if you have business to do. It also seems impossible to talk to the receptionist by phone.

The hotel is beautiful...a former convent converted into a hotel...built in the classic style with rooms around an inner courtyard and others facing the street...two sides of the hotel face public squares and the other two face streets...the main problem, however, is the church across the street that must be the city's timekeeper because it tolls the hours every fifteen...

Very charming colonial style building. Location is great, service is very good. If you have to stay at Queretaro go there! I doubt you find something better than Gran Hotel. Moderators want me to write 200 character essay, but there is no need in it. It is high quality hotel by both European and American standards. I had a great...

This hotel is right in the middle of Queretaro and its excellent restuarants and atmosphere. If you want to experience Queretaro and be able to walk around, this hotel is an excellent option. Service is good, rooms are comfy, ac works great, rooms have fans, great showers, fast internet, etc. Since you are in the middle of the city some...

I have stayed in this Hotel around 35 times due to the fact that we have a business in the Centro Historico of Queretaro. Actually this Hotel was built after our business was running and I had the chance to visit this property before the construction. What they did is a really great architecture job. They mixed the the old...
