Frankly, I don't know how this place has a 4.5 star rating, and this makes me question relying on Tripadvisor for my next destination, so I would give this place a generous 2 stars, and its pretty much a reiteration of what previous honest reviewers...More

I feel compelled to write about this B&B because I am truly amazed at the number of 5-star ratings its get, and so I wonder if something is amiss. A search through recent reviews show that most guests do drop extraordinary superlatives on this place...More

We have four common area rooms, the TV room with an unstocked wet bar that seats 6 -8 people, the Game room that has a billiard table, the dining room that seats 18+ and the front parlor that has comfortable seating for six and a seasonal propane fireplace. I don't quite understand your question as the owner of the B&B. The room has a private bath, queen sized bed, flat screen tv with DVD player and a clock radio. Every stay has a full cooked to order breakfast included. This room is off the upstairs porch with access to the upstairs porch but the entrance is from the inside of the inn. I hope this answers your question. You can always call at 518 263 5025 if you need further information. Thanks for your inquiry.
