We recently spent 2 nights at Nelsons Cottages, just a short walk into the quaint little town of Inlet. This property has a dozen small cottages, and a few housekeeping cabins. We stayed in of the the smaller ones, fit for 2. The cabin and property were clean and well maintained. The price was comparable to other cabins and motels...

What a great find. We have been by numerous times in our travels to the Adirondacks, but this year we were looking for a quick couple of nights away instead of our usual week because of a busy summer. We picked the right one. What a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Ken,Linda and Julie we will definitely be back. The...

I visited recently with my three young girls and stayed in the Florida Cottage. Upon arrival, the accommodations were found to be very clean and hospitable. The Nelsons themselves proved to be wonderfully engaging and welcoming hosts. They were watchful of my girls as we played throughout the week, as were the other friendly guests. The proximity to local amenities...

Nelson's cottages provided our family with a wonderful ending to a disappointing beginning. We had booked a cottage elsewhere and were greeted with filth, strong mildew smell, and unhelpful owners. We persevered for a few nights and then ventured out in hopes to find a place that would accommodate us in such short notice. Finding our way to Nelson's Cottages...

Rented a motel unit for two nights and had a very nice stay. Owners are very nice people. Nice beach and dock on well maintained property with small play ground. The basic rooms are tight but we came to be outdoors.

Another wonderful week at Nelson's Cottages- it was my 34th year. We stayed in Florida and it was perfect for our family. Our extended family filled up 6 cottages this year and as always Ken, Linda and Julie made us feel very welcome. Our cottage was clean and the grounds and the rates are competitive. There is always enough parking...

If you're looking for a "fancy, frilly, luxurious, expensive place to stay in Inlet, this is not it. If you're looking for a welcoming, clean, home-like, wonderful place to spend a relaxing night or extended stay, with very family-like hosts, this is the place for you. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Nelson's cottages,...

Just returned home from the gorgeous Adirondacks and a wonderful stay at Nelson's Cottages. Clean, cute, comfy, very friendly owners and other campers. Bonfire on the beach at night. Swimming and relaxing/sightseeing during the day. This was a "family get-away" and our 2 cottages were connected.......one for us and one for our daughter and her family. We had a GREAT...

Every year we go on a family vacation in the Adirondacks, my mother jokes about staying in some "godforsaken cabin in the woods." Fortunately for us, this was far from the case at Nelson's! The cottage we stayed in was very clean and we never experienced a real issue with having hot water in the shower (we were a cottage...
