We just came back from a two night stay at the inn...we stayed in a room on the second floor with a small hallway and private bathroom. We could not have been happier. The room was large, bright and and very quiet at night. The attentive staff were amazing and the evening desert buffet is a unique treat. I would...

Our trips back to Ithaca will always include a stay at the William Henry Miller Inn. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt welcomed, pampered, and relaxed. Our room up on the third floor was so cozy, especially during an evening rain storm. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed visiting with other guests. We look forward to...

I came across the Williman Henry Miller Inn in the pages of the Select Registry:Distinguished Inns of North America, so I called and couldn't be happier with the results. The inn itself is a beauty to behold: a feat of architecture that is both grand in form while offering the warmth and comfort that travelers enjoy. The room,"the turret" on...

Very much enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a family party for which guests had booked the entire Inn. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spacious room (we stayed in Dane's Room) in a charming old house. I'm sorry that I'm not more eloquent today, but what can I say -- the...

We think there are certain souls who are born innkeepers. Lynette Scoffield and her staff are among them. From our initial greeting through to departure and follow-up email, we were made to feel comfortable and welcomed. We received instructions on taking a lovely walk to a waterfall, and were offered information on dining options -- again, within walking distance. Learning...

This beautiful house is perfectly located for an inn, just two blocks from a slew of good restaurants covering the full spectrum of culinary options and price ranges. Everything from Subway and fast Mexican to multi-course sit down meals with truly professional wait staff. The Inn's staff is spectacular, attentive but not nosey. The breakfast choices differ each day with...

Whole inn was occupied by family and friends for a festive weekend. I live nearby so did not stay in the rooms they all raved about, but I was invited to join them for breakfast. What a delight! There were freshly baked scones and muffins with your choice of fresh juices and excellent coffee while you made your selection of...

Cant say enough in praise of William Henry Miller Inn. It's charming, old world and most importantly, welcoming. And that is thanks to Lynette, a wonderful innkeeper and hostess. The room we stayed in, Dane's room, was large and the bed was comfortable, the attached bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and was clean and spacious. The best partq was the...

My wife and I spent one night at this B&B and can't think of one thing we'd improve. Even the squeak from some of the stair steps brought out the great history of this home and added to its delightful ambience. Nothing could compare to innkeeper Lynette's friendliness and attention to detail throughout the beautiful house. Kate's welcome, orientation and...

We visited the Inn last fall for our "Babymoon." We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I am picky about B&B's, but William Henry Miller Inn was exceptionally clean. The amenities in the room were so nice. Lynette is an incredible cook/baker. We loved the dessert bar each night. She recommended fantastic restaurants. The location was close to everything. I'd...
