This is a typically bad airport hotel, the kind that has been around for decades without making any fundamental changes to the structure or rooms. That said, I found the service to be nice and helpful, and the continental breakfast was pleasant. If they could just get that reek marijuana smoke out of the room and soften up the beds...

This hotel has great amenities: micro/fridge in every room, comfy beds, good showers, a decent restaurant with a bar(!)... I stay at this hotel every month, and not only does the staff welcome me warmly and make me feel right at home, but I have seen them treat every guest just as enthusiastically. Great place to stay!

From the moment I checked in until departure, the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was exceptional! Management must be exceptional as everyone was friendly, attentive to our needs and clearly loved their jobs. Special shout out to Roxanne & Tiffany for their great care!

The hotel guarantees satisfaction but don't fully follow thru we had about 7 rooms and one of our party had mice in his room which run over is feet in the morning!! They moved him and give him 50% refund ! 100%. The other issue is the breakfast your not sure what the charges are and the differ everyday. some...

Arrived at JFK from London wanted a drink but they couldn't serve me as didn't have a license for the time I arrived - not even room service. They sent me next door to the Sheraton - where I'd stay next time.

Mice in the room. They were running around from one end to try other end of the room, my cell phone went under the bed and when I pulled it is had dirt of 2cms thick. It took me good 3 mins to clean it ehen I arrived home I had to use a disinfectant tissue I demanded to see...

The hotel shuttle blocked the entrance when we arrived, so the taxi had to let us out in rain. The check in was efficient and the one woman behind the counter was friendly and nice.
