Let me start out by saying they are pet friendly to the tune of 10.00 extra per night. We stayed during the COVID-19 free for all so we expected changes. The lady who did the cleaning was EXCELLENT and extremely accommodating (Only reason 1 rated it a 1)! Small rooms, need updating. Small coffee pot 4-cups that took 45 minutes to make 4 cups. OK, lets go get some soda and ice. Never mind, soda machine is empty and the ice machine is broken? Let me go back to my room! NOPE, key didn't work, AGAIN! Had to be reprogrammed every day! Sink wouldn't drain? Plunged for 15 minutes then it finally did, also had to let the hot water run for 15 minutes to get somewhat warm water. We stayed for 4 nights and I would never stay there again! Certainly in a decent location, microwave would have been nice. The owner is probably still looking for a replacement coffee pot. I have to say that the staff that did the work were excellent. This was definitely Econo-Lodge accommodations at Hilton prices! No free breakfast during COVID, no price decrease because they were not offering a "Free Continental Breakfast" but you did get a small bag with a banana and a wrapped .50 cent danish from probably Sam's or Costco!

This hotel is disgusting. We stayed here for one night and we were supposed to stay an additional night, but I was so grossed out I booked elsewhere. The room was completely rundown. There were patched up holes in the walls that they didn't bother to paint over. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and the toilet paper kept falling on the ground. The shower floor was dirty and the water pressure was terrible. There was long, dark curly hair on the pillows and all over the floors, and not just 1 or 2, but wads of hair. The pillow on the bed had a huge brown dirt stain. There are dead bugs everywhere and cobwebs. The key cards to the room barely worked, we had to stand outside and swipe it for almost 10 minutes. I have no confidence that they're taking any measures to disinfect between guests, and that's a concern with COVID. I know the price of this hotel is appealing, but I do not recommend staying here. I'd rather sleep in my car than sleep here ever again.

I don't even know where to begin. We thought we were getting a great deal because TripAdvisor had a discounted stay if you signed a contract saying you couldn’t get a refund on your trip and it was in the heart of the village. All the reviews on here seemed positive, so it was a no-brainer and I booked it. I should’ve looked at Yelp’s reviews before I did. Because when I got there, there was BLOOD everywhere. On both beds, on the floor, in the shower, and stained on the walls. It was hard to stomach. And if you’re thinking it’s probably just a freak accident, it won’t be like that when I go—go check Yelp. This same thing has happened to other people—blood all over their rooms. And it's true what they say: when you ask for a manager they pretend they don't have one/they act like they don't understand English. Unfortunately we were stuck there for the 3 nights because of the contract and we had to go to Walmart to buy new sheets, blankets, etc because we were so uncomfortable and didn’t want to lay on the beds. Please for your own sake, do not stay there or at least look into other reviews on different sites before you book it.

I would give negative stars if possible. We booked the hotel a month in advance, they called us on our arrival day at 3pm to tell us we can only stay for one night instead of the 2 we booked because they are closing for the season. The front desk attendant lied to us,he said the indoor pool was available still however when we went down there it was closed up. The only reason that we booked the hotel was the indoor pool! When we arrived the price was increased by $50 from the rate we booked online. We had also booked for 2 queen beds, yet our room had double beds. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast, yet when we went to the room it was supposed to be in it was locked and dark, so we had to go out to breakfast which was an expense we had not anticipated. Check out time is at 11am, yet they knocked on the door at 9:45am to tell us the water was being shut off at 10am! So we were not even able to take showers because we had to take the kids to breakfast and they shut off the water right as we got back. Absolutely awful hotel, I suggest going to the Sundowner across the street. They allowed us to check in early and were much less expensive for a much nicer room and friendly staff.

We specifically chose this hotel for our anniversary in October because of the indoor pool and hot tub. We went to use the pool was it was ice cold, you couldn't even keep your foot in it and owner refused to turn the heat on. Was told the pool hadn't been used in over a week and that's why the heat was off. Also went to use the hotub instead but that was completely closed off and locked with no excuse. The check in and out process wasn't the greatest both people working the desk looked miserable and weren't very friendly. I don't think I'll be going back unless they change owners.
