Hotel Omuhipiti used to be a nice place but it seems that the manager is not creative and interested in his customers. They have great infrastructure but bit by bit it's falling apart. The staff also don't have nice attendance, it's like they are all demotivated. The meals are not good, hope they improve

Bad service the hotel manager doesn't care of their customers and their complain. A very unusual way of managing an Hotel, the room price is very high and you can find better places to stay in the island in term of price and overall of kindness.

We had trouble making a reservation as our emails weren't answered and when I phoned there was no one who could speak English. In the end we got a Portugese speaking friend to make the reservation. Unfortunately they had no more rooms left and we had to take a small suite that we didn't really need Once we got to...

On arrival on Ilha de Mocambique for a business trip, our local colleague informed us that this was the only place on the island where he could be sure we would have hot water and electricity. It's true that the hotel did have that, but I agree with an earlier reviewer that to call this 4* is a big exaggeration....

Nice hotel, probably the best place to stay in the Island of Mozambique. The staff is very friendly and will help you out with any information or map that you will need to explore the charming island of Mozambique. The rooms (I guess all) are sea-view and the hotel location is good. The rooms are clean and confortable. Bring your...

The only hotel on the island. The remaining places are just guesthouses. Hotel claims to have 4 stars, but do not believe it: I would rate it 2-3, not more. Simple, but functional rooms, most of them with seaview, but none with balcony. No swimming pool, but there is large beach just in opposite of the hotel. All rooms with...

“We stayed on the ground floor but I think the upper floor would be better for views, quietness and security. We were disturbed a bit by people moving chairs etc above us and another guest also mentioned this.”
