We were at the lodge for two nights during our trip from Maputo to Capetown. The lodge is very well situated: at the river, between beautiful mountains and is a warm welcome with its tranquility. Nicely located for discovery trips in the area. Hospitality was great. Although they were rebuilding part of the lodge due to the recent floods one...

As it was the low season we were upgraded to a superior room which was tasefully decorated and very comfortable. The chalets we stayed in have a thatch roof and little stoep to sit on and enjoy the view. Each room i sfurnished pleasantly and...

We stayed in Ntaba River Lodge in the end of June 2011 during the sardine run. The hotel rooms are decorated in an African style. The roof and ceiling is thatch what creates a warm feel about the hotel room. The furniture is also handcrafted wood and in general in our opinion the hotel and grounds are well kept and...
