Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was delicious and owner was friendly and helpful. Location was close to many shops in walking distance. Walls are pretty thin and we could hear our neighbor in the next room talking until late in the evening/morning (1 a.m.) and their TV on.

As a world traveler, and used to top notch B&B stays, Pipers' Village Inn is top of the line. Great location, food was more than excellent for foodies, bedding was sooooo comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. I look forward to many returns.

We just came home from a wonderful weekend in Lewiston, NY at the Jazz Fest. The Inn's location is perfect for anything you might do in the area. Our stay was fun and relaxing, in our room which was quaint, clean and quiet. Jeannine the owner is fun and personable and lavished us with personal service. She served us a...

Had no problems with booking and arrival. Booked the room via email and one phone call. Gave an estimate of arrival time and the owner was at the door when we arrived. Room was small but clean with a TV and air conditioner. We slept fine. My wife got up early and went for a walk downtown , which she...

Be warned...this owner is known in the Lewiston area as unreliable, and difficult to contact. We had great difficulty reaching her by phone, and even showing up at the property on the day that we were scheduled to arrive. After 5 hours of attempting to contact her, she finally returned our phone call, stating that she was at the B&B....

We stayed at the Inn February 13, 2013 and despite the owner's upcoming wedding four days after our stay, had fabulous service and attention. The accomodations are gorgeous, clean and well kept (and I am a clean/neat freak) and the breakfast was delightful. Also had wonderful conversation with the owner who never made us feel she did not have time...

A friend and I stayed this past weekend at the inn, We were skeptical because of some reviews but the price and location were right. What a surprise! The house is a cute Victorian within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was delicious! Best quiche i ever had. I've been to many other B&Bs in the states and it was always...

To begin – we had set-up a specific time to check-in and the owner was nowhere to be found and could not be reached by phone. A half-hour later when I called from a local coffee shop she said she had been cleaning and not heard us ring her doorbell or the calls? We got a very brief tour of...
