My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was huge & beautifully decorated. We had a $30 dinner voucher w/ our package. The steak kabobs were delicious and we each ordered a salad. The cheese was coated in candied pumpkin seeds which was tasty. The next morning the buffet breakfast was delicious as well. Great view of the...

I stayed at Barton with my mom for her 50th birthday. The staff was overwhelmingly pleasant upon check in and the hotel lobby looked magnificent decorated for Christmas. Our room was the perfect size for a girls weekend full of shopping-- also very clean. We had dinner at The Chantry restaurant on our first night. Very convenient -- excellent service...

I purchased one of those groupon deals online and needed to use it before it expired. As soon as I walked in- I felt the same feeling I get when I come home to see my family for the holidays. That warm welcome where everyone is enthusiastic to see you and the decorations were phenomenal. They must have hired a...

My fiance and I stayed overnight on our way to the finger lakes to pick up my son, who was staying with my sister in Ithaca, NY for the week. We had a very comfortable room, although being on the 3rd floor can be quite noisy as the floors are wood and you can hear the people walking around above...

My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception at the Barton Hill this past fall. We were so worried with having a wedding back in our home state but that is where most of our family still resides. We were worried that all of the long distance planning would be overwhelming but it wasn't an issue at all. Julie and...

I was a bit nervous as I had read some mixed reviews ie. young/unprofessional staff, cold, thin walls. We didn't experience any of this. The front desk staff was a young man, but he was very professional. The heat was on in our room when we entered and never once felt cold the entire weekend. The staff had pre-copied directions...

There is something to be said about a place that makes you feel at home. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were immediately greeted, checked in and made aware of all ammenitites the hotel had to offer. Marshall at the front desk was incredibly helpful and a gentleman as he carried our bags to our room personally...

I travel back east often for business and after trying many "chain" hotels I have finally found my fit! The Barton Hill Hotel & Spa is a comfortable boutique hotel that really has personalized service and attention to detail. After staying there 3 times now they treat you like a guest being welcomed into a relatives house. From the complimentary...

My travels take me from the West Coast to the East Coast often for business and pleasure. After experiencing many chain hotels in the Niagara Falls region, I have found a boutique hotel that works wonderfully for me in Lewiston! The Barton Hill Hotel & Spa. It's close enough to the city and sights that this is no issue yet...
