What a wonderful property. Fly fishing out the backdoor. Home cooking fit for a king. Swimming, billiards and ping pong for all. Relax by one of the several fireplaces with a drink and book. A must stay for the rustic, outdoors people.

Thank you for your kind review. The fishing is going to better than ever this year, as the stream is benefitting from some improvements created last fall. The Inn is a very special place, and you are right about the food!

This is a beautiful old inn in one of the prettiest valleys in the Catskills. It's only two hours by car from New York City but you feel like you are away from it all. Great service and great food. Hiking, fishing, tennis, etc. right on the property.

Went here for a wedding. The building, grounds and location are terrific. The staff as wonderful and attentive. The wedding was outdoors inside a tent with sides and heat since the night was cool. Service was excellent. If staying at the inn there is a pool large game room, self serve ice cream parlor. Nice place to visit too! Be...

My daughter's wedding was held at the Beaverkill Valley Inn over the weekend. Can't say enough about the Inn, surroundings, food, service and overall experience. The wedding went off perfectly from start to finish. We booked the Inn fully for the wedding. The staff must be complimented on their total attention to our needs. They were helpful, friendly and made...

We stayed at the Beaverkill Valley Inn on a trip to the Catskills and couldn't have been more delighted with our stay! ROOMS/DECOR: Tucked back in the woods, the inn is a gorgeous Victorian. The interiors are designed to a T - we loved the stained glass windows and especially the charming outdoor area. Our room was the perfect size...

We attended a destination wedding here and stayed for 2 nights. We only knew a few people at the wedding but by the end of the weekend, the whole group had bonded. It would've been hard not to in such a delightful setting. Dinner on the deck, the bonfire in the meadow, the breakfast room, pool, and hikes -- all...

We stayed at the Beaverkill Valley Inn on a whim after dropping our daughter off at summer camp. We needed a place to stay in between Hancock, NY and New York City and where we could relax and hike a bit. Another family at the summer camp recommended Beaverkill Valley Inn as they have a home in the area. What...

This place looks charming from the outside, so we made a reservation for lunch. When we arrived, we were the only ones there and it was difficult to find staff. Once we did find one and were seated, we were informed the lunch was a buffet. The food was below-average, under-seasoned and limited in selection (no fish either). It would...

I've never written a tripadvisor review before, but after a weird, expensive, not-very-nice stay at this place I felt like it was important to let other folks who are thinking about going here know what to expect. Beaverkill Valley Inn isn't really an inn. It's a private club for a group of wealthy fly-fishing enthusiasts who own homes on the...

Good news all around, the pool is finished and is glorious, and the ice cream parlor never looked so good with the new paint. The Inn is a country club, that is open and welcomes the public. This is especially evident during fishing season when many happy return anglers enjoy everything from a fine meal to great fishing on the...
