We do not have mini fridge in the rooms. Yes there are laundromats and grocery stores within walking distance of the Hotel.

I prepaid on another website because the rate was cheaper than going directly through choice hotels. But normally, you're not charged in advance unless it's to book a guaranteed rate. Here is their direct phone number 718-303-3700
