I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years, I guess I've become a regular! I arrived early Wednesday morning and Brandy who works the overnight shift greeted and told me she was expecting me. Since I was extremely tired this was music to my ears, she checked me in quickly and since a high floor...

Located in an odd part of town, mostly industrial, but next to major transit hub for easy access to all of NYC. Walking distance to subways, elevated trains, Astoria. Major construction going on in area so this hotel was built ahead of the new neighborhood curve. For now, it seems like an odd location but area is building up around...

We had 3 nights there. The hotel staff were lovely, extremely helpful and pleasant. The shuttle provided to the metro station worked really well as did the trains. The recommendations they gave us for food places was useful and the Irish pub was excellent and within walking distance easily.

My family stayed at this location in late February for 3 nights while on an Northeast College Tour. Honestly, we had a little trouble getting the hotel due to "crazy levels of traffic" which certainly was not the hotles fault but worth mentioning as driving in NYC is a wild adventure. Once we pulled in and checked in, we experienced...

This hotel is a gem in Queens... We read the reviews and chose this hotel. The reviews were relatively correct. The hotel is close to the subway. Most of the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We only had one issue as far a guest staff. The front office individual suggested a car service and wasn't helpful about cab...

This is a great option than staying in Times Square. We were went to Broadway and was able to take the E train straight there - less than 30 minutes. The hotel is about 900 feet from the Queens Plaza station. The rooms are clean, customer service is excellent and we felt safe here. There's a miniature safe in the...

We have yet to stay, but the help I received on the phone from Brandi and Arsalan while searching for hotels made this an easy choice. They patiently and competently answered all my questions, and I had many since this will be our first visit to Manhattan. They even helped with information not directly related to the hotel. We are...

We brought the family for a week of touristing in NYC. This hotel is in a great location, just over the East River with easy access to multiple subway lines. Three stops to Central Park! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, answering all our questions with a smile. Housekeeping was very good, keeping the rooms in great shape all...

The location is 10 mins by subway from midtown Manhattan, which is great, considering the budget friendly price per night. Not the quietest neighbourhood, but the trains did not disrupt our sleep. Clean bathrooms, comfy beds. We did not expect such generous breakfast - cheese omelets, sausages, brocolli, roast potatoes, bagels, english muffins, waffles, choice of fresh fruit etc...The only...
