location was close to subway, the breakfast could have had a little more of variety to choose from like fruits, had to switch rooms one room had a heavy smoke odor and cigarettes in the toilet. Even though it is a no smoking hotel. Overall stay was decent. I would recommend it, if only you are just looking for somewhere...

I've stayed at this hotel a few times as it is 10 minutes from Manhattan and 15 minutes from Brooklyn. The rooms are small/ borderline claustrophobic but clean with WiFi and refrigerator. As for the staff they do their job (not friendly more robotic in demeanor). It can be pricey for this hotel considering the aforementioned statement however compared to...

The staff at the reception was great and the check in process was really great and quick. The parking was free of charge - its on a first come first serve basis though. The rooms were really great and large. There was a couch bed as well. The rooms were clean and the a/c and heating worked perfectly!. Getting to...

Well the price was good and the free parking was a bonus. This is a discount, sad place with thin walls, bad food, dirty and old tattered furniture. The location was convenient for our purposes. The breakfast and coffee were so bad we went over to McDonald's for coffee and food. The curtains had holes in it.

We were visiting family on the Upper East Side for Thanksgiving and wanted a place that was (relatively) inexpensive, gave us easy access to Manhattan, and allowed us to stash our car. Bingo! The "free" parking in the hotel listing is a joke, with space for maybe 12 cars, but there's all-day parking in a municipal lot across the street...

I've stayed here several times since my last review. Why? Because of the neat location in Sunnyside. But I still have major issues with this property. Like the heater in the room dispensed just lukewarm air. Good thing it wasn't a real cold during my stay (though it did rain kind of heavily). And the ice from the lobby machine...

I stayed here visiting family in Queens and it's convenient to their apartment. Not having visited here before I reserved here for the close proximity. The hotel rooms were very, very dated and smelled musty. The room AC unit, when on, put out a strange sour smell. The hotel uses satellite for their TV and the dish was down /...

We stayed here for a convention that took place just a few blocks away. For the most part the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area is in the lower level- and was always packed between 8-9am. Breakfast was basic. Our roomer had was also on a lower level- semi clean- not amazing, but do-able. There...

I arrived to the hotel at 4am where I had a reservation for 7 nights just to hear that they cancelled my reservation because I did not advice about late arrival. Supposedly they had a problem with the credit card given through booking, however I made sure to update the information before the travel through booking.com, having received successfull update...

Not a friendly staff. I could be believe that we are charged a $1.50 a day per room for a room key. We had 2 rooms. The breakfast was the same for all 5 days. The only thing that was hot (warm)was egg patties, and sausage links.
