The hotel is small and very personal, during our stay (6 nights) we got to know staff and they were very helpful and service minded. On my birthday, during the breakfast Su and Francisco came with a cake while singing "happy birthday" to me. I was really happy and touched by

This hotel has so many great amenities and great features one of the best being the server at the Masterson’s. His name is Negassi, went above while I had a business meeting! So attentive and so nice, best service I have had in a very long time at a Hilton!

I believe a subway ticket is somewhere around $2.75 or so each way. There are a few small grocery stores within a 1/4 mile of the hotel. I know of one on Crescent St.

Yes, you can get to two different major stops to get to all the subway lines. Another good reason to stay there.

Hi! What time is breakfast served please?
Hello. I can't recall when breakfast closes but we came down too late so we went next door to the Marriott where they have counter service in a little cafe at the back of the lobby much later, and the egg sandwich was very good!
